Jounin and Special Jounin from each village join them. Discussing the whereabouts of the Chunnin exams. Rules, regulations. Then, Hao disrupts the meeting... and that's all I have for now.

This would be awesome. Cept... we currently lack a tsuchikage. Also, this would be best held down in the staff section, Jurou.

I'm sorry for having this at the Plot Mover. And until we do get a Tsuchikage, we cannot have that meeting.

We could possibly NPC the Tsuchi at the moment.

I can make a NPC Tsuchikage at the moment.

I could have Houjin NPC the Tsuchi as well. But really, it would be good to have the staff and user base working on this concurrently. User's can create ideas while we work out our ideas and such; then takes the best of both.

In character speaking, I have no reason to come to a summit. Nothing threatens my village so I have no need to leave or anything. None of my Genin have signed up either, so I have nothing to do with the Chuunin Exams. So really there isn't a reason for my presence.
