there are a village of cats in narto which can shape change, though i have the same thing with the fang ability here as your other pet.

Change the species to ninneko and you have my 1/2 approval, that being said, you'll need to app your ability to turn it human in your jutsu lists, as the cat can't use its transformation ability at this rank.
