Objective: Locate and rescue the son of a local elite.

Mission description: The son of a powerful village businessmen has been kidnapped and he has called upon the village to help find the perpetrators that have done so after all of his own... mercenaries have failed to turn up with anything. Bring his son back, in one piece and unharmed to complete the mission.
Mission details: The details of a ransom transaction are set to take place in Rockhenge, being a businessman of his stature he refuses to pay criminals and the village agrees, compensation will only condone the crime. Upon arrival to rescue the boy, he will be tied to a stake in the center of the rockhenge formation. Upon release, you will be surrounded by 20 bandits looking to be compensated... or dealt with how you see fit. The son of this individual must come to no harm and it would probably be best to leave the killing until he is out of harms way. Get him back to the village and in one piece unharmed to finish and complete the mission.

The 20 mercenaries all have A-0 rank stats across the board and can all use Doton and Fuuton ninjutsu and Bukijutsu with 10 wielding A rank Katanas, 5 with A rank scythes, and the last 5 with A rank war hammers.

Objective: Arrest/Eliminate the criminal kidnappers
Location: Iwagakure no Sato
Reward: 1000 ryo
Mission description: The man who's son was kidnapped has put up a large reward and offered to finance the investigation into the kidnappers to put them away for good. Especially after they threatened to assassinate him and the board of directors of his company... Find them, and put an end to their games.
Mission details: The group of kidnappers is going to be working out of a high profile hotel in the center of the village unbeknowest to the village. Once they are discovered, they need to be eliminated, whether that be arrested and put into jail or killed should they refuse their custody, put them down. Inside will be the leader of the high profile group and five of his cohorts, each of the 5 with A-2 stats across the board and each proficient with all Medical Ninjutsu, Doton Ninjutsu, and Suiton Ninjutsu library technique.

General Appearance: He's a bit shorter, short red hair and a powerful stature, pale face with some light freckles, wide shoulders and a powerful, heavy set voice.
Personality: He's a power hungry person with a short temper and major inferiority complex. Failure drives him insane and not being taken seriously pushes his buttons as well.
Motivations: His goal is centered around a focus to build his name in infamy, power and glory drive him. Money is a nice bonus, but petty ways of earning it without the grandstanding along with it don't interest him.
Fears: He fears death, and being powerless, facing down an enemy who overwhelms and all that.
