Mission description: Unfortunately, it has come to Konoha's attention that a political dissident in Tsuchi no Kuni referred to as Chikyuu no Makoto (literally "Devotion to the Earth") is rapidly gaining popularity and some even suggest he become the daimyo of the country. Konoha would normally not involve itself in affairs such as this, but the man's political agenda includes ceasing economic and trading relations with Hi no Kuni, combined with the fact that the Tsuchikage is currently not in a position to deal with the man, his election would devastate our economy and most likely evolve to war in the near future. The council has therefore declared that this man is to be put to death in order to maintain the safety and integrity of Konoha. We have received intelligence from a trusted informant in Tsuchi no Kuni that this man is currently residing near the border, though we don't know anything else. You are to make contact with this informant, currently staying in a small town in Tsuchi no Kuni, and ascertain the specific whereabouts of the target. Once this is accomplished, infiltrate the complex and kill the man, grabbing any relevant documents you may encounter whilst inside. Do not implicate Konoha in this assassination in any way, or else you and your actions shall be disavowed and thus you shall be listed as a nukenin of Konoha.

Mission details: Stealth will be paramount in all situations of this mission. You will need to remove anything implicating your affiliation with the village and travel as such. If your face is well-recognized (i.e. a sannin or kage), then you will be provided a custom mask by the hokage's office that is to be immediately destroyed upon the completion of your mission. There are many mercenaries in Chikyuu no Makoto's employ, so you will need to be well-versed in assassination, stealth, and if need be, combat. The number of shinobi employed by Chikyuu no Makoto is eight (six genins and two jounin), who are equipped with wireless radios and perform regular status reports every fifteen minutes. Non-ninja mercenaries are adept at swordplay and make up for their lack of skill by their sheer numbers, as fifty-seven of them are currently stationed at the complex. Ten of the mercenaries are posted as sentries that patrol the perimeter of the complex, though they are only armed with their weapons and have no means of immediately communicating danger. It is highly recommended that the complex is infiltrated under the cover of night, as to minimize chances of being seen.

[b]Description:[/b] The clan member claps their hands together as a hand seal; Sp.Jounin and above can activate this jutsu mentally. Then, any number of created mirrors starts to glow, collecting light from the surroundings. The mirror(s) then release this light along with the chakra used to create them. This can result either in a blinding flash or a 1in-thick, bullet-like projectile. The bullet penetrates the outer layer of skin(~3/4in) and causes localized first-degree burns; it can pierce up to an inch of stone, and leave dents in steel. At C-rank, each bullet can pierce 2 1/2 inches, and can cause localized second-degree burns; they can go three inches into stone, and can disfigure steel. At B-rank, the user can fire a continuous beam of light that is capable of piercing humans, rock, and steel with ease.

[b]Description:[/b] The user makes the Dog hand seal; Tokujou do not need to do this. Then, mirrors used in this jutsu give off a glare, and can increase in size according to the user's will (and prowess). The mechanics of this jutsu involve the constituent Raiton or Katon's kinetic energy. Energy in the form of vibrations is given of by the mirrors; this resonates with the air, creating an ethereal wall. The vibrations also resonate through the user's chakra, nullifying oncoming jutsu. Light Screen, when activated, will do as mirrors are supposed to: it will bounce the technique it faces back to the user (in the case of Taijutsu, he/she is thrown back with force enough to inflict their intended damage). This technique is all up to the user's judgement, as Light Screen will behave differently when facing different-ranked attacks. Lower-ranked techniques will not disturb the barrier at all, and will bounce back to the user with 90% of the original force. Equal-ranked attacks will simply be dissipated by the barrier; after two of these, its rank of protection lowers by 1. Higher-ranked techniques will break the barrier, but will have less force in them because the barrier managed to weaken it a small bit.

Inexperienced ninja may not be able to refract light as well with their chakra, and so the image of the clone is wont to flicker or distort.
