Mission description: Many reports have came in from multiple shops that they have been vandalized. It has been everything to painting crude things on the buildings to smashing windows. You may not kill the perpetrator. Some of the villagers say that they have seen a hooded figure around the area late at night. Find the culprit and bring him to justice.
Mission details: As it seems, the culprit is a local rammen shop owner who recently closed down due to better stores opening up nearby. You must determine what punishment deems worthy. You may change the NPC to best suit how you want the story to go. Decide how you found out it was him, and how you managed to catch him.
