Mission name:
To Catch a Killer
Mission rank:
C
Objective:
TEAM of Genin: Capture the Serial Killer in the Kiri Graveyard
Location:
Bloody Graveyard
Reward:
180 Ryo
Mission description:
There have been a series of strange disappearances in the Kiri graveyard over the last couple of months, the killer seems to enjoy the use of blades. From the lack of evidence remaining he seems to be professional. Find the Offender, bring him in.
Reports of a survivor Genin whom was 'severely' injured stated that the man's skill level was higher than his own, most likely of chunin rank with several C rank Jutsu at his disposal.
Mission details:
Bring in the Serial killer whom has been plaguing the Bloody graveyard.
Name:
Kyuto Aragaki
Age:
36
Element:
Water S, Wind C
Specialisation:
Ninjutsu
General Appearance:
6'3, wearing a plain black steel theatre mask, which resists D rank and lower projectile attacks, with a white pentagram over one eye, a black scarf and a long tattered hooded cloak. Set of 10 Kunai and 6 throwing stars and a long straight C rank sword.
Personality:
Psychopathic and proud, he is a hunter, and a killer. His anger toward the mist village seemingly knows no bounds, leading him to attack and kill people whom visit the graves of the lost.
He is relentless and proud of his own capabilities, perhaps overly so.
Motivations:
Ever since he passed the Chunin Exams, Kyuto had changed, the skills he unlocked and displayed in his training gave him an overwhelming sense of power. It drove him mad. He was eventually cast out for brutally injuring and nearly killing his sparring partner, who was only saved due to an S rank medical nin. Holding a grudge against the Village for casting him out he used the skills he had learned to haunt the graveyard as an opportunity for vengeance. Attacking and killing innocent, unarmed people relentlessly in a psychotic attempt to settle his score.
Fears:
Death, Pain, and others whom are superior than him
Other:
The three ninja will enter the graveyard, find evidence and attempt to track down the killer after a recent attack. After finding him there will be a skirmish to subdue the attacker and bring him in, preferably alive, if possible, though his mental state may be to broken.
~Knows several ninjutsu:
~210 Chakra pool
~10 Kunai, 6 throwing stars
~ C rank 4' Straight sword.

- Jutsu:
- Name: Transformation Technique (変化の術 ~ Henge no Jutsu)
Canon/Custom: Canon
Rank: E
Type: Supplementary
Element: N/A
Range: Self/Sight
Specialty: None
Duration: -5 every two posts.
Cooldown: 2 posts after deactivation.
Description: Given all the missions ninja are assigned to--battle, intelligence gathering, diversions--this is a priceless ninjutsu. It is typically used to change into people other than oneself, but one also has the ability to change into animals, plants, and even inanimate objects like weapons. This gives this technique an abundance of uses. The transformation of a skilled shinobi will be visually and physically the same as the original, so it will be impossible to tell the two apart. On the other hand, a transformation performed by an inexperienced person will have obvious discrepancies. It will be impossible to deceive anyone with it. This is one of the most basic ninjutsu, as such most shinobi know how to perform it. This jutsu is purely appearance-based, and does not give a ninja the abilities or jutsu of a person they transform into. Dojutsu can easily pick out this technique, and if the user has transformed into someone larger than themselves, the bits beyond their natural body will have no heat signature. This, and the fact that the chakra of the user wouldn't look normal makes it easier for sensing techniques to pick out transformed people. Costs 5 chakra on activation, and an additional 5 chakra every 2 posts.
Name: Subtitution Technique (変わり身の術 ~ Kawarimi no Jutsu)
Canon/Custom: Canon
Rank: E
Type: Supplementary
Element: N/A
Range: N/A
Specialty: None
Duration: 1 post
Cooldown: 5 post
Description: With this technique, a ninja replaces moves at high speed and switches with a nearby object at the exact moment an attack lands. This creates an optical illusion, making the enemy think the attack was successful; experienced ninja can even make it appear that their Substitution is bleeding. From this, the user can use the lapse in the enemy's attention to attack or flee from the battlefield. Explosive tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise. It's a basic ninjutsu even taught at the Academy, but it's a useful art that can be applied in variety of situations.
Name: Hidden Mist Jutsu
Canon/Custom: Canon
Rank: D
Type: Supplementary
Element: Water
Range: 19 meter diameter
Specialty: Ninjutsu
Duration: 3
Cooldown: 6
Description: This displacement technique is a specialty of the ninja from Kirigakure, where one
causes a mist to spring forth by lifting up some water from either a pre-existing source or expelled
from their mouth, then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's
thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it. It can't fool the Byakugan, but,
due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan and Rinnegan-user will see
the mist colored by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dōjutsu.
Name: Suiton: Suiben (Water Style: Water Whip)
Canon/Custom: Canon
Rank: D
Type: Offensive, Defensive, Supplementary
Element: Suiton
Range: Close (0-5m), Mid (5-10m)
Specialty: Ninjutsu
Duration: /-10 chakra per post
Cooldown: 3 posts
Description: The user creates a whip made of water that can wrap around the opponent. It’s offensive capabilities are limited to the amount of water and chakra used in creation of the whip; as a thin whip would be speedy and great for shallow slicing of the skin, where as a thicker, heavier whip would be slower and better used for brute force offense, like a club of water. Here in lies one of it's biggest disadvantages; you must trade speed and control for power; if the whip is too thin it is fast, but only good for annoyance and distraction; if too heavy it is clumsy, and slow. Too much or too little and it becomes difficult to control. The user must know the extent of his control at either end of the spectrum in order to use the jutsu efficiently. For the average user, the thinnest useable whip would be the width of a pencil, to maintain the water any smaller would be extremely difficult due to the friction of the air overcoming the force of the surface tension; at it's largest, no more then twice the width of the user's arm. Once the whip exceeds roughly a meter in diameter, the weight of the water makes it increasingly impractical to use, as well as too short. A thinner whip can be maintained at a longer length, as the tension of the molecules exposed to the open air would aide in maintaining the shape. When the whip is thin and long; no more then the width of the average quarter (Bo) staff, the user holds the end of the water like a normal bull-whip; but once the water exceeds this general diameter, it begins to encompass the user's hand and wrist, forcing the user to use their entire arm and upper body to control the whip. Beyond this generalized size, the whip becomes too heavy to control otherwise. Also, the whip itself can be severed rather easily; as it is only the density of the water itself that would impede a blade. If the entire whip was to be severed at once, it would break at the point of severing. Essentially, if the entire stream was to be broken, the jutsu would fail beyond the point of breakage. This is far easier for the small whips, as a kunai blade would be more then wide enough to fully sever the whip before the water could reattach itself. If an opponent succeeds at severing the whip, the jutsu is broken and cool down takes effect. The user must either have access to a natural source of water (river, pond, lake, etc) or carry water with them for this jutsu.
Name: Suiton Bunshin No Jutsu (water clone jutsu)
Canon/Custom: Canon
Rank: B
Type:Supplementary
Element: Water
Range: 60 meters from user
Specialty: Ninjutsu
Duration: 3
Cooldown: 6
Description: The Water Clone Technique is similar to the Shadow Clone Technique except it creates clones out of water that have one-tenth of the original person's power.[1] Like other solid clone techniques, the clones can be used to perform tasks the user is unable or unwilling to do for themselves. The range of the clone is limited however, as it can not travel very far from the original body without losing control. Like other clone techniques, if the water clones are injured enough they will revert back to normal water. The clones also cannot use any technique outside of the water element. Also after using a technique they will dissipate as they are only made of 10% of the users chakra. The maximum amount of clones that can be created at once is 5 any-more if 5 are alive cannot be created.
