Hello all!
I know that I was brief before, but I am back! I think this will be for good, as I don't have any chance of having my house flood again. I moved into a new house, got kicked out becuase the HOA was in violation of housing standards, lived with my parents, and then moved in with a roommate about 15 miles away from where I was living.
