Mission Description: Search the library restricted section to find a book on one of the five elements.
Mission Details: You will be able to find one of the five elements and may only do one mission per element after which you will keep a book which is required for another mission.

Mission name: Unseal the book (once per elemental book)
Mission rank: C
Objective: Unseal the book in order to gain access to its knowledge.
Location: Tsuchi no Kuni
Reward: 300 ryo + 1 EP
Mission Description: You will require at least one person with fuuinjutsu and a person with the element of the book in order to open it. After opening the book a clone of the one's there during the unsealing will appear. Defeat them and then proceed to decode the book later
Mission Details: The book is sealed with fuuinjutsu and an element so without both of these the mission can not be completed. The users will have to defeat their clones who will copy whatever they do move for move, however they will not copy suicide attempts.

Mission name: Decoding the book
Mission rank: C
Objective: Decode the unsealed book
Location: Tsuchi no Kuni
Reward: C-Rank Jutsu + 1 EP
Mission Description: Find a decoder[PC] or be one and decode the book
Mission Details: You are to either seek someone or be someone with at least C-rank perception and possessing one of the intelligent characteristics or a doujutsu with insight in order to decode. Note that decoding results in a random C-rank shinobi with all library jutsus opposing your Primary element. They will attack the decoder and anyone around after which if defeated the book becomes unsealed. When this process is complete the ones who open the book are granted the learning of a jutsu of C-rank for the element of the book, if the user does not have that element it will default to their primary element.
This mission may only be done five times once per character and element.

Objective: Help add more facilities to the training ground

Mission Description: Add more training facilities to the training grounds
Mission Details: Add training facilities to the training grounds (Training ground can only have up to one facility added per mission, the facility can have up to four total unless expansion is done)

Mission name: Expand the training grounds
Mission rank: C
Objective: Expand the foundations and deal with land issues
Location: Tsuchi no Kuni
Reward: 300 ryo + 1 EP
Mission Description: The training grounds need to expand and therefor it is time for you to deal with the land expansion. Do whatever it takes to expand
Mission Details: You are required to expand the facility and may encounter one disgruntled C-rank shinobi with all library techniques that can be used for his rank, five wild animals all with C-rank stats across the board that need to be cleared out or crazy civilians who have to be defeated without harming them and relocating them while they are all armed with C-rank pitchforks, knives and other strange weapons including frying pans. Combat is unavoidable and the same situation can not be encountered more then once, so this mission can not be done more then three times

Mission name: Official Training Ground
Mission rank: B
Objective: Gain fame and have the training grounds recognized by at least three or more Iwa Nin(PC)
Location: Tsuchi no Kuni
Reward: Free B-Rank Item + 4 EP + Official Training Ground sub forum based on information of the training ground built up over time.
Mission Description: The training grounds have been building up and it is now time to see if it will be officially recognized, get approval by several known shinobi.
Mission Details: The mission can be done in multiple threads spread out and requires you to get three or more shinobi of the village to try out the training grounds and provide their comments on it as well. The rank of this mission is due to the fact that at least two of the shinobi need to be of B-rank or a single shinobi of A-rank with the remaining one or two being of any rank. If Kage approves the mission is considered complete if the correct word counts are met
