Clan History: (keeping this fairly open so others can 'fill in' what I leave out)
The clan was most prominently found in Otogakure though originated in Kumogakure and was originally known as the 'Raiun Clan' but was primarily known for it's work with Otogakure, A village that was primarily used by Orochimaru in his efforts to overtake the world, one of the smaller clans that had been abused was that of the Wutang family of the Raiun Clan by their homeland of Kumogakure no sato namely their police units that would often interfere with clan policy. The Wutang clan, a subsection of the Raiun Clan, in an effort to strike back would organised a small criminal group called the National Wutang Alliance or NWA in hopes of fighting back against Kumogakure that eventually lead to the slaughter of a majority of the clan and banishment there in of the members. Finding themselves in Otogakure as a makeshift homestead the notorious clan were lead by Big Esuba Wutang who took on the title "Notorious Big E" and became a vital member of Otogakure No Sato's sShinobi forces and cemented the clan as one of great notoriety around the land. During the war with Madara the forces were tasked with maintaining the network of information between Kabuto and sacrificed various members to the cause of the white zetsu.

During the time of peace various members of note arose and fell, from the great war of the grove streets, the war between Empress Kim and Empress Minaj, The rise of the childish one - Gambino and of course the great war on Fort Minor. The group had many excessive tales but with the dissolution of Otogakure soon found themselves without a homestead instead becoming something of a wandering clan that would often root themselves within village underground communities.

This has been the way ever since, with the group now working in shadows and attempting to gain territory within certain village underground networks establishing everything from black markets and usually white collar crime.

Kekkei Genkai Name: Hogo sa reta kubi
Kekkei Genkai Description:
The primary use of the kekkai genkai comes from the Wutang Clan's relationship with sound. Though sound based jutsu is commonly and readily available the clan itself is able to 'see' sound waves and 'weave' them together as well as have incredibly powerful lungs that enable them to utilize sound as a 'cutting' instrument.
This can range into three paths for members of the Wutang Clan with distinctive nicknames to their special relation to the amplification of sound.

Among all three the attribute of detecting sound and 'feeling' sound waves is found. This gives them something of a 'radar' that can be followed in a similar fashion to those of sensory shinobi. These are encompassed in the 'Holy 9 Techniques' or 'Tech 9' as they are referred to by members.

Mumblers | Trappers

Mumble members of the Wutang often called 'Trappers' utilize internal sounds as well as infrasound in their way of manipulating their voices. This tends to cause mumblers to focus on more psychological effects such as amplifying genjutsu techniques, influencing emotion and utilising idoser effects to create illusions. When 'trapped' in a Mumblers 'trip' genjutsu the Mumbler can influence the passage of time for users, influence their emotions or create false memories.

Gang Stars

These star members of the gang have the ability to weaponize their inner voices this leads to power sonic screams that can create 'cutting' based jutsu. It is known that users of the Gang Star style tend to utilise katon in conjunction with their techniques that may allow them to greatly enhance their chakra flow allowing them to 'spit fire' and often carry the Katon element as well as their wind element. Gang Stars sonic screams are able to reach a point in higher range that allows them to glide utilize these sonic screams and have been known to be able to skin opponents alive with one thousand cuts if perfected.

Rhythm'In'Battle

RnB users differ somewhat from their standard clan members in the sense that their jutsu is utilised to enhance healing waves. Utilizing precise melody and repetitive 'flow' of sound the users can cause the body into a state of relaxation and coax chakra into healing areas. These enable the users of RnB to heal a wide variety of targets in a radius rather than the typical one on one that most medical shinobi are forced to utilize.

Drawbacks:
Members of this clan have incredible trouble and are in fact blind being born with no eyes.
Due to this they must take the draw back 'Blind' as well as suffer the consequences that come with this.

Members are also restricted to one of the three branches.

Taijutsu is more effective against these users due to the constant channel of air chakra running through their body.
