The spies are lead by an A-ranked ANBU-operate equivalent and contain two other C-ranked shinobi. Mission Details: Miruki Ikiga, an influential city planner from Yakekoge, has largely held up in his inner-city mansion complex, due to suspicions his criminal dealings may have been uncovered. ROOT agents are given the task of assassinating him before he can leave the country, or provide more rogue weapons traders with of Konoha's natural resources.

The complex consists of three separate buildings, and ROOT agents will have to identify where the traget is through some means, in addition to avoiding or eliminating hired personnel who patrol the grounds. In total there are two dozen B-ranked non-ninja under his employ, each equipped with A-rank weapons of various kinds. They are led by an A-ranked shinobi, a member of the  Hinode clan, possessing Raiton and Suiton and all library techniques.
