Clan History: A long time ago before the hidden villages were founded, before the great shinobi wars, a small farming village sat on top of a mountain. Hidden in a valley the village thrived there. Knowing nothing of war or outsiders. They had grown secluded and only left the village to go on hunts along the mountain for meat. Torinome Taka was the son of an aging village chief and adventurous. He would go further than the other hunters and often dreamed of a world outside the village and its mountain. He would often go further and further until one day near the base of the mountain he met a man. A wounded and starving soldier. He cared for his wounds and fed him. Speaking freely of his home over the next couple of days to the man who seemed friendly enough. When they parted ways Taka had no idea of the danger he had created for his own people. Soon after the army came. Moving up the mountain and issuing threats to any they came across. Should they face opposition they would burn the village. Taka knew then that he had caused this terrible thing to happen. Watching as his elderly father succumbed to the woe and passed away.

The villagers were quick to give in but Taka refused to accept that he could not make this right. He collected every arrow in the village and a strong bow before setting off down the mountain. The army was large so it had to move slowly and it did not know the way. For days Taka would take the high ground and unleash arrows on their commanders before fading into the mountain again. Pursuing forces always after him. Still day after day their chain of command was wiped out until finally the next commander in line did not see the worth in the village to be more so than their losses. With that in mind the army withdrew. Any who remained behind finding an arrow as their last companion. With that Taka was revered by the village. But it had been discovered and was rumored to contain great great riches. Enough to start ones own country. Shinobi would come to the mountain in droves and armies would attempt to march on them. For his entire life not a single man reached the top of the mountain and touched the village. When he died the villagers saw the clouds split apart and the sun shine its rays upon him. It was believed that Torinome Taka was raised to godhood and forever watched over their island. A temple was erected around his burial site and it became tradition to train in archery. Once one came of age they would go out on a pilgrimage into the world. Discovering what the current day world was like outside of the temple and village. Aiding those they could and finding their own path. Seeking to one day join Torinome Taka as a great hawk flying over their village.

Kekkei Genkai Name: Miru hito no me (Eye of the Beholder)
Kekkei Genkai Description: Any sensory jutsu used by this clan are increased in range dramatically while ranged weaponry used by this clan gains an 20 meters in its effective range. When in combat their eyes begin to glow a feint gold when they activate a sensory. Charging it with their bloodline and allowing them to perceive and attack much further away than others. This does nothing to increase the speed or damage of any attack. Merely the range of which they can sense or attack. Members of this clan can also purchase ranged weapons and ammo of a rank higher than usual.

• Members of this clan also begin with the ability to utilize bows/crossbows and projectile launchers without the need to train them.
  
• When members of this clan take the Sensory Ninja major positive special characteristic, it counts as a single positive Special Characteristic, only requiring it to be balanced by a single negative instead of the usual 2.

Drawbacks: Members of this clan are easily effected by genjutsu. Having to use Kai or damage of a rank higher to break out. Along with that any close range combat against them lowers their reaction time by two tiers (Within 10 meters). Any Sensory jutsu they train requires double the wc to train and any ranged weaponry costs 10% more. In order to train any close range specs or sub specs or jutsu that affect within ten meters of themselves outside of sensory the wc is doubled. Can not learn a fourth element. Can not learn a fourth spec.

KKG: Simple, but incredibly powerful. I like it, though let's see if we can cut this down to a more appropriate size.

Range: Not too bad, however letting a genin be able to knock off a target with B-rank damage from over 120 meters away seems a little much. Sensory I can see happening a bit more easily however could you please lower it down to a 50% increase in range? Or better yet, simply be able to use sensory jutsu of a rank higher. A passive double in range is pretty strong for anything.

Drawbacks:

• I'd increase the range of the close range reaction drawback to 10 meters, mostly because of how used to these genin are able to dealing with opponent from far away. Likewise increase the range of that last drawback to 10.
  
  
• Additionally you are going to need more active drawbacks, currently you have 4 buffs in your KKG and only 2 drawbacks suitable to balance those.

Hiya there~

So looking over this again I'm gonna ask that instead of a percent or double range that instead you make the range boosts a flat rate decided by ninja rank. Depending on how big the boost is you may be able to ditch one or two of those drawbacks.
