Clan History: 

The Tama clan isn’t one with an extensive history like most would think. The clan first sprung up around two hundred years ago after the clan’s founder was born. The boy was born with what seemed to be fox ears and a set number of tails. Nine to be precise. The family he belonged to was quickly shunned from the village they were in because people believed the boy was a demon in a human’s body because of how he looked.

With years past, the family started to have more and more problems with the villages they tried joining because of their soon. Eventually said boy parted ways with his parents in search of a better place to live and to spare his family from more problems. Eventually he settled down in a village with few that were like him and were accepted.

Years passed and the descendants of the clan deleoped a singular kekkei genkai that was katon based. Only those with the first nature of fire could use it and they dubbed it Tsuton – Star Style.

They were mostly desert wanderers until they settled in Sunagakure about two decades ago and have prospered there ever since, helping communities develop and becoming a proeminent clan, even if frowed upon due to their looks most the time. 

As a rite of passage on their 10th birthday, all members of this clan are given a chakra weapon of their choice. This is the weapon style they will master until the day they die. It’s almost seen like their best friend and losing it has been known to cause the wielder some sort of grief. Losing their Hoshi no Tama or having it stolen will result in Tsuton to become unavailable for use.

All clan members have fox ears and from one to nine tails and have sharpened canines. Some members have also been known for having resistant nails, almost claw like. Much like a fox, they can pick up sounds easily with their ears and also rely on their tails for balance. They’re eyes have slited iris’, much like foxes too

Kekkei Genkai Description: 

Tsuton, developed around a hundred years ago by some members of the clan, manifests itself as an advanced form of Katon. Ever since then all members of the clan have been primary Katon users with some other kind of secondary affinity. The styles techniques are known for their light blue glowing color, much resembling the color of what popular myth say ghost spirits are colored like. They can also shift the normal hue of Katon abilities to this tone, making it another clear indicator that they are part of this clan. 

Drawbacks: 

Any and all Suiton affinity is impossible to exist in their members. Losing their prized Hoshi no Tama will also consist in them being unable of using Tsuton.

Description: The first ability that the clan developed. It summons up three smaller balls of fire that float around the user. These balls are controlled by the user and they can be used to light up an area of sorts around the user of they can send it flying towards certain directions to light up the areas or attack a target.

Description: The user focuses their chakra into their Hoshi no Tama before forming one large fiery mass on their hand. They then throw the mass up into the air before causing the same to explode into fifty projectiles of fire to rain down in the area. Its got a radius of 15m radius to each side and the smaller flames seem to be enough to set weakened materials on fire such as old leaves and dried up grass.

Description: The user focuses their chakra into their Hoshi no Tama and generates a blue flame that coats it. They will then toss that flame into the air where they can manipulate it to multiply before flinging the generated stars to their destinations where they then explode into a violent fiery blue typhoon that will dissipate after one post. This techniques causes all flammable materials within a 30m radius of the stars to catch ablaze, and scorches the thing it directly hits easily capable of dealing third degree burns to a living target.

Description: The user focuses their chakra into their Hoshi no Tama and generate a blue flame that coats it. They continue to focus their chakra into the Hoshi no Tama and make the flame grow in size until its plume grows large enough so the highest lick of flame reaches a full five story in height. The user then manipulates the flame from their Hoshi no Tama to lash out at a desired target. The flame bursts to life in the shape of a large fox spirit which reaches the height of about three stories and rushes at the target. The fox spirit's tail(s), however remain connected to the user's Hoshi no Tama allowing them to continue to manipulate the spirit to attack multiple targets. The spirit is easily capable of causing third degree burns and setting any flammable materials within twenty five feet on fire. If it is cut, it halves in size but multiplies in number each time.

You don't detail what abilities Tsuton can have. As-is, it is not at all distinguishable from regular Katon aside from color and other appearance differences. I encourage you to rework this clan's ability to not be an elemental Release, as I cannot see anything that is not Katon. Having 'advanced' Fire-affinity does not make a new element.
