Please put in the rank the level contract it is (C-rank in this case).
Further I'd just like to point out to you if you fix the aforementioned problem, this is approve-able and you can proceed to make your training thread for your summoning contract. However that won't be approved until you have fuinjutsu of at least C-rank.
