Rasengan and its variants are powerful jutsu that create high velocity spinning vortexes of incredibly dense chakra, upon impact, these vortexes drill into an opponent or structure before detonating in a brilliant display of power and ferocity. The Rasengan was said to be more powerful than even the Chidori, though in many cases they and their users found themselves rivals at higher levels.

Known to be versatile as well as powerful, Rasengan variants often used nature transformation in order to give the spiraling vortexes immense power and variety. The Fourth Hokage; Namikaze, Minato, whom developed the technique was known to experiment with Raiton, Katon and Fuuton Release with his Rasengan before his untimely death.

The user creates a small orb of spinning chakra between their two hands large enough to fit in their palm. The chakra within this technique is dense enough and spins at a high enough velocity to drill itself into an opponent before detonating, potentially causing extreme internal injuries that could become potentially life-threatening quickly if not treated quickly.

On impact, this jutsu is capable of drilling 3" into an opponent before exploding in a shock-wave that delivers severe internal bruising and organ damage in a 1/2 foot radii from the point of impact as well as breaking and fracturing bones within that radii. Each of these stages is considered a separate B rank jutsu for the purposes of interacting with items and other techniques

Chidori was the name given to the technique passed down to Sasuke Uchiha due to his outstanding potential as a ninja. The technique consists of drawing the Raiton nature within a person's body to a central point, a process that sounds like a chorus of a thousand chirping birds, hence the techniques name.  Kakashi, famed for this technique was said to have split a bolt of lightning in half with this technique, earning it the name Raikiri. Raikiri techniques are often considered the 'adult' stage of Chidori, requiring intense control and refining the lightning to a blade like a point or even transmitting that blade to another source like a clone. The finer the point of lightning chakra, the more powerful the Raikiri.

The user draws all the raiton chakra in their body to the palm of their hand creating a singular point of raiton chakra between their fingers with an echoing noise that sounds like 1000 chirping birds as the lightning arcs violently from the user's hand in a potent display of chakra.

Upon impact with an opponent the Raiton chakra cuts 4cm deep almost impaling the victim on the user's hand with a direct hit, cauterizing the wound and delivering minor 3rd degree electrical burns to the point of impact,  internally, and across the surface of the hit portion of the body (arm, torso, etc.) in long streaks. This jutsu is normally delivered at a high rate of speed and increases the user's speed by fifty meters per second, unfortunately due to the nature of this technique it causes a tunnel vision like effect reducing the user's perception by three tiers.

The creation of Black Raiton is credited to the Third Raikage over one hundred years ago, passed down to the famed Kumogakure shinobi Darui alone. It has since been passed down from elite master to pupil in Kumogakure, its symbolic significance within the village almost as noteworthy as its devastating power. Each generation’s shinobi that is deemed worthy of succeeding the distinguished generations of past raiton users, as tradition, bears the Black Raiton kanji tattooed on either their left or right shoulder, opposite of the tattoo of their master. This tradition has been carried on since the discipline’s first master and student and the symbol has become easily recognizable throughout both the village and the shinobi world as a whole, as tales of the power of Kumogakure’s black lightning and the deeds of those who wield it have inspired awe and fear in the enemies that were fortunate enough to never experience it firsthand.

Since then it has been traditionally bestowed upon each generation's inheritor of the Third Raikage's black lightning, its become as much a symbolic representation of Kumogakure as the black raiton discipline itself. To a knowledgeable shinobi in the history of Kumogakure, this tattoo is instantly recognizable and the presence of its bearer alone is said to be a deterrent to would-be enemies.

Description:

• Ability: Black Raiton: Black Raiton has no elemental weaknesses and cannot have its trajectory impeded by any means. It will pierce through everything up until the end point of its range, including any amount of items and chakra based techniques. Jutsu pierced in this manner do not use their interaction potential, and neither does the Black Raiton. Black Raiton can only be used on Offensive techniques.
  

The user generates an aura of black raiton that surrounds their body, which after a moment will violently expel itself from the user's body outwards into the shape of a black panther. This panther will autonomously chase down anything designated foes by the user as long as they are visible and within its line of sight, and will pursue them at two hundred meters per second. On contact this panther can cause fourth degree electrical burns that spread across the entire surface area of the target's body. Should the panther charge head first into a target, it may pierce all the way through them as per the black raiton ability. The first target to be electrocuted in this manner will find themselves losing five times the chakra cost of this technique.

This technique requires forty chakra to cast.

Blaze release is the art of using the Amaterasu Technique as well as nature transformation to warp the black fire into varying shapes and other jutsu. The techniques were unique to Itachi and Sasuke Uchiha whose eyes were capable of producing an ebony fire capable of clinging to objects as it spread

The user closes their left eye channeling chakra into it before opening it, speaking the word 'Amaterasu.' Chakra leaps from the Sharingan at blinding speeds (70mp/s) in a straight line, invisible to the naked eye. On impact with anything the user can see, the chakra bathes the central impacted area of 15m radii in black flames that eats away at everything it touches, even other flames, spreading outwards at 10mp/s as long as the technique is maintained.

On impact, this technique is capable of delivering major fourth-degree burns to everything it comes into contact with before rendering it to ash in the following turn including items of up to S rank. Jutsu surrounded in Amaterasu flames slowly become consumed by the horrific jet colored flame. Amaterasu is capable of devouring a B rank jutsu in a single post, and techniques of A rank and higher requiring an additional post per rank.

Description: Invented by Tobirama Senju, and the signature technique of the Fourth Hokage, Hiraishin is a pinnacle of Fūinjutsu mastery. The technique is relatively simple, exploiting the Technique Formula sealing style to seal and unseal the user using Chakra to activate pre-rendered seals, effectively allowing a Shinobi to instantly transport between any number of locations.

• Ability - Hiraishin: The effect of this technique's teleportation ability can be used at all ranges.
  

When this technique is activated the user pays fifty chakra and may then place a seal on up to twenty desired objects or surfaces, and may pay 5 additional chakra to create an additional 10 any number of times. These seals can be destroyed from a direct hit by any offensive technique of A-rank or higher, or broken by physically disrupting the seal with a weapon or tool capable of destroying what they're placed on. After the activation, the user may pay ten chakra and choose a seal, they then perform the Seal of Confrontation and instantly transport to the location of the chosen seal along with desired individuals in contact with them (max 3).

• Maintaining the chakra link between all the seals' locations takes immense concentration on the user's behalf. While this technique is maintained, the user may only activate one other technique per post.
  
  
• Because of the imprecise nature of unsealing oneself, this jutsu cannot be activated to unseal oneself within 3-meters of another shinobi (seals held by shinobi cause the user to transport at least 3m distance from them). Because the transportation is instantaneous, there is no risk of a person being in the area after activation, provided they were not when it was used.

Ability: Inner Gate Opening: When this technique is cast, its effects persist without duration, and the user remains under the effects of the technique until it is either forcefully ended by another jutsu of equal rank or higher, the user is placed in LDT, the user ends the technique themselves, or they otherwise runs out of chakra. In exchange, the user suffers damage based on the amount of gates that have been opened.

Description: The Eight Inner Gates is a unique Taijutsu that allows the user to suddenly and dramatically increase their physical attributes beyond what is normal. By opening specific gates located along the user's chakra pathway, the user increases the amount of chakra and blood flowing through their body. As a result, the user's skin will usually adopt a reddish hue, their sweat will evaporate as it forms, their eyes lose their pupils and become pure, glowing white orbs, veins will become more prominent, and a remarkable pressure builds in the air around them, often fracturing the surface in which they stand upon and lifting smaller debris into the air. At all levels, the Eight Inner Gates allow the user to instantly accelerate and decelerate to or from their top speed.

Additionally, the user may progress through the different Gates, and need only pay the difference in chakra, rather than the full amount. (i.e: Going from a D-Rank Gate(10 chakra) to the S-Rank Gate(50 chakra) would only cost 40 chakra instead of 60.) These effects do not stack with one another.

Ability: Multiple Shadow Technique and its variants return unexpended chakra and the chakra used during formation from the clones to the user, even after the clones are forcefully destroyed.

The Multiple Shadow Doppelganger Technique is an advancement of the normal Shadow Doppelganger technique, where the user partitions their chakra pool beyond responsible lengths and creates vast amounts of clones identical to the user in every way. The user's chakra is so evenly distributed among each individual clone that even dojutsu such as the Sharingan and Byakugan cannot distinguish them from the original.

The clones are created in roughly the same physical condition as the original, replicating wounds, buffs, debuffs, and other special effects both positive and negative present on the user. This includes the cooldowns of techniques used before the clones are created, but not after. A characteristic that is unique to this technique is that any experience the clones gain during their existence is transferred to the user once they are dispersed.

Upon activation, the user initially creates 3 clones, while retaining the option to create additional clones. When created, these clones made by this technique utilize the user's chakra pool as a shared resource. Drawing from one singular source of power, the additional clones themselves only cost a minute amount of chakra to create-- 10 per clone-- with the only limitation on the quantity being the user's own initial investment. Whilst the technique is active, the user can continuously create more clones, but must pay additional chakra for each. This technique is put on cooldown when all clones, minus the original, are destroyed.
