Description: Given all the missions ninja are assigned to--battle, intelligence gathering, diversions--this is a priceless ninjutsu. It is typically used to change into people other than oneself, but one also has the ability to change into animals, plants, and even inanimate objects like weapons; however, the object can be no smaller than 1 foot long in at least one dimension. Despite this, this technique has an abundance of uses. The transformation of a master of this technique (which is generally an Academy graduation requirement) makes the user physically and visually the same as the transformed person or object in question, giving the user the exact mass and physical qualities of whatever they transformed into. This is one of the most basic ninjutsu, as such most shinobi know how to perform it. This technique does not give a ninja the abilities or jutsu of a person they transform into, nor can give the user the damaging ability of a weapon (however, this can be used as a bluff). Sensory techniques can easily pick out someone transformed using this jutsu: the user's chakra would be active, as well as the fact that their biological functions and scent are not masked by this jutsu. Costs 5 chakra on activation, and an additional 5 chakra every other post after that.

Description: Temporary Paralysis Technique is a technique that physically restrains an opponent, as if the opponent had been tied in invisible steel ropes. It debilitates the victim for a short period of time by binding their arms to their torso and chaining their legs together, which allows the user to either strike again, or take the target into custody. This jutsu will only work on people who are below your rank (so a Chuunin using this jutsu could not use it on another Chuunin, but could do so against a Genin). The user of this technique must either state the name of the ability aloud or as form a string of hand seals (Monkey → Horse → Dragon → Tiger → Ox → Rat → Snake). The air around the target will be disturbed very slightly as the "chains" move into place, giving the victim a chance to dodge the technique. This technique can be overpowered with raw physical strength: an individual with C-0 strength can force themselves free, breaking the ability. (Those with D-3 strength can also do so, but it takes a few moments to do so.)

Description: The user breathes in deeply, crystallizing the moisture in their body before breathing out and unleashing a torrent of icy cold wind capable of chilling an opponent to a near-hypothermic state at 10mp/s in a 90 degree cone. This jutsu accumulates ice crystals over what it hits in direct contact, capable of making ice slicks on the ground which require 'supernatural walking practice' to run on or, on a direct hit with a ninja cause minor first degree tissue damage from frostbite and pushing them back to the edge of the range of this jutsu. The technique will pressure the users throat into a near-hypothermic state as well as the frost is generated within the body. The ice user is however immune to the potential frostbite damage and recovers from near-hypothermia within 1 post while the opponent is affected for 2 posts.

Description: This technique allows an ice user to make use of the water or frost deposits underground. It will gush onto the surface around the targets legs and start to rapidly encase and crawl up the targets body. It will aim to completely encase the target until it layers over every part of their body. But the effect of it binding the targets legs to the ground are instant.
This is the offensive tech to it's twin Ice Armor. The offensive technique aims to freeze the target to the floor beneath. The ice quickly creeps up on the targets body and will completely encase them by the end of the first post.
The usual elemental reactions are given:
Contact with katon element will be regarded as 1 tier weaker against ice.
Contact with raiton element will be regarded as 1 tier stronger against ice.
Contact with any body of water will freeze the water over time.
