Mission Description: “Watch carefully where the troops of the Great Nations move and study their paths, record the movements of their troops, and make note of their camps.”
Mission Details: Shinobi should carefully scout around battles and camps where Village troops have been or are fighting. Independent groups are paying for all information about village shinobi movements and locations so all information is vital. Breaking stealth or alerting the village will result in a B-ranked ANBU shinobi with Water and Lightning and all A-rank and lower library techniques, as well as an A-ranked katana pursuing the character until escaped from or eliminated.

A wicked smirk formed on the young blonde male's face as he watched from his vantage point on the cliff as the battle raged beneath him. The Iwa forces were so pitiful that they could not quell the uprising within their refugee camp, granted it was inspired by the whispers of the male still he reveled in it. Raphael had no stomach for this kind of stuff, it was always Myrddin who stepped in when things got heated. Now thanks to recent events the male found himself in control more often then not, Raphael had given up the struggle and not Myrddin was unleashed to do as he pleased. The male was doing this for one reason, the fun. There was nothing in the world the male enjoyed more than to see chaos unfolding upon the world, but when he heard about someone offering money for information the male could not resist the urge to spread a little chaos. There was nothing better then being paid for what you love, and if it took spreading a little chaos to achieve his goal then he was more than happy to do so. Why track down the military when you can make the military come to you, and judging by their troop movements the resistance did not have much to fear from the Iwagakure troops. Even the refugees were beating them back, if any of these soldiers managed to survive this the male would follow them back to their camp before causing a little more Chaos.
