Mission Description: You've been contracted by an individual to build a messenger bird's landing post for his organization. It's simple - construct or place an existing birdhouse in the busiest parts of town, that messages can flow freely in and out to whoever might need to send them or receive them.

They're territorial, and they will peck at you relentlessly. Don't kill them, they're someone else's property.

Verd got up in the early morning. She moved her naked frame to the shower and enjoyed the warm water splashing on her ice-cold skin. Singing and humming a soft tune of a child song from Yuki no Kuni. Shaking her buttocks to the good mood and swing of the song. Moving from the showers while she used her suiton control to remove the remaining droplets of water from her skin and hair. Roaming her fingertips over the many shiny crystals that were dangling from her apartments roof. She put her gear together and slid into the next best comfortable clothing she could find that was well prepared and cleaned by her maid. Despite her lifestyle being mostly paid by her family. Verd needed pocket money. Her allowance was not enough for her expensive lifestyle. The rich kid was too used to getting all the good stuff she desired at any point in time. So hearing about this task that might spring out an extra buck for quick competition would immediately catch her attention.

Verd liked it to make quick money with little effort. It perfectly honed her desires and skills as a lazy princess. She would move down to the mission headquarters. The person who implied to be paying the extra buck wasn't around. Verd wasn't sure if she would get screwed over here. Pouting a little bit at the prospect of doing all the effort for nothing or… well just the normal graded pay. But then again. It was all fine. Nothing to worry about. Verd moved on to grab the scroll concerning the bird-house message.

Quickly she'd fetch the currently available carpenters that were on duty and not allocated to other city build jobs. They would be paid separately by mission headquarters so Verd wouldn't have to share her own cut. With them moving towards the planned, specified location. Verd would move to the woodcutter and chopped the logs apart that seemed necessary. Without much delay her quick and strong body would make short work of creating a whole cart full of large logs. Verd would commence to ship the logs to the specified location. Placing them down while the carpenters went ahead and did their magic.

As the carpenters started working on the blueprint. Verd would move back and forth between the bird-house location and the woodcutters house. As dawn neared, some of the birds would recognize their soon to be new home. The rather large bird house was rapidly filled with crows and owls of all kind. A nasty bunch that would start to peck away with their beaks at the heads of the carpenters. They would flee one by one after some time, claiming that this wasn't covered within their paycheck.

Since the amount of wood was long since enough and the birdhouse could possibly house a dozen birdies. Verd moved the remaining overflow of logs back to the woodcutter. As she returning the last carpenter was still working on refining the connection of the birdhouse to it's related tree. Verd used her own palms to shoo away the ones that dared to keep pecking at the poor fella and threatened to roast and kill them or turn them into chicken nuggets. Since most of them didn't really speak human tongue only a few of the wise birds would quickly flee the premises.

Once the carpenters work was done. The messenger birds assigned to the post had to take on their first job. Verd moved herself and the carpenter to the mission headquarters and assigned one of the messengers with a "You are welcome" info card upon stating that the coop has been built and is good to go for them. Verd would wonder if she managed to get that juicy paycheck for little work. Considering that the carpenters did most of the job but… she organized them didn't she? After all her wood working skills were quite limited.

Verd went to the new bird house to check if the message had been received. Into it's intended system. Realizing that everything seemed to work just fine she put some bird feed into the house to keep the good little peckers happy. Moving home from here on. Slowly signing in her report and giving it to one of the messenger birds that were around. Letting it head to the mission headquarters to finish the job. Time to enjoy some food on the house. She could probably freeload at Gin's bar and safe some bucks for something shiny instead.
