Name: "kyuuketsuki"(Vampire)
Type Of Weapon: Sword
Rank: A
Elemental Alignment: N/A
Quantity: 1
Ability/Function: This sword has the special ability that when it cuts it drains its victim of a small amount of blood as if drinking it. This has some very specifics for amounts drained as follows-
*1 Inch in draws 1% of the victims blood depending on the conditions listed below.
*2 Inches draws 3% of the victims blood depending on the conditions listed below.
*4 Inches or to the bone depending on body size draws 5% of the victims blood depending on the conditions listed below. This excludes thin parts of the body where the bone is near the surface such as fingers and the spine. If you can see the joint it does not count as a 5% hit.
-The conditions however of the human body changes how much blood can be drawn. If Dehydrated the body will produce about half the blood the blade would normally take.
However if the body has a racing pulse(Meaning the heart is pumping blood faster such as in cases with physical strain like running or fighting for extended periods of time.) It draws an extra 2% on top of the amount it would normally draw out as stated above. Normal bleeding still occurs after initial wound.
A human body can lose 10-15% before needing serious medical attention. The loss of blood will cause Dizziness and eventually a loss of consciousness once about 30% is reached. If the victim loses about half they're blood it is fatal Without immediate medical attention.
SPECIAL NOTE!
* This sword emits a high pitched scream when it is not fed blood for more then 2 days. It will continue to scream until it is fed or 10 days has passed and it slumbers. It awakens again to the taste of blood.
Appearance: A sword for a team mate Evil_sword
History: The "kyuuketsuki"(Vampire) sword was a somewhat unknown weapon. Considered to be a cursed blade. Who ever wielded the weapon was driven to kill endlessly or brought to the brink of madness. Always claiming the sword would scream in agony if they did not kill with it. Some Men became legends with the sword but all claimed it was cursed. A swordsmen whos mind had fled him while wielding the sword through mass murder after mass murder Decided the curse was to much to bear and tossed the sword deep into the tide of the ocean believing it's call to be sealed within the depth of the ocean itself.

As comes with all things though sealing it away was only temporary. Long after the swordsman died and even his grandchildren died was its call heard. A pirate fishing with his net drew what he believed to be a treasure aboard his ship. However it had been so long since it had been awakened that when he tested the blade with his thumb and it drew blood it awakened the sword. Its scream driving the pirate mad so that he killed his entire crew and wrecked on the beaches of Konoha. Unaware of it's potential or its curse the crazed man took his own life with it on the beaches.

It just so happened that Sero was camping on that beach when he found the sword. slumbering from its lack of blood. The sword still seemed to be in good quality and had a unique feel to it. An excellent gift for his ally Otto.

That... doesn't sound like enough blood to really have much of an effect on a person. -Hits Google for a few minutes.-

Alright, I figured as much. You need to change this from a set amount to a percentage; because everyone has a different amount of blood; depending on factors (race, location, environment, etc); and as such setting a concrete amount does actually work in this case.

Blood loss
Hemorrhaging is broken down into four classes by the American College of Surgeons' Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS).[4]
Class I Hemorrhage involves up to 15% of blood volume. There is typically no change in vital signs and fluid resuscitation is not usually necessary.
Class II Hemorrhage involves 15-30% of total blood volume. A patient is often tachycardic (rapid heart beat) with a narrowing of the difference between the systolic and diastolic blood pressures. The body attempts to compensate with peripheral vasoconstriction. Skin may start to look pale and be cool to the touch. The patient may exhibit slight changes in behavior. Volume resuscitation with crystalloids (Saline solution or Lactated Ringer's solution) is all that is typically required. Blood transfusion is not typically required.
Class III Hemorrhage involves loss of 30-40% of circulating blood volume. The patient's blood pressure drops, the heart rate increases, peripheral hypoperfusion (shock), such as capillary refill worsens, and the mental status worsens. Fluid resuscitation with crystalloid and blood transfusion are usually necessary.
Class IV Hemorrhage involves loss of >40% of circulating blood volume. The limit of the body's compensation is reached and aggressive resuscitation is required to prevent death.
This system is basically the same as used in the staging of hypovolemic shock.
Individuals in excellent physical and cardiovascular shape may have more effective compensatory mechanisms before experiencing cardiovascular collapse. These patients may look deceptively stable, with minimal derangements in vital signs, while having poor peripheral perfusion. Elderly patients or those with chronic medical conditions may have less tolerance to blood loss, less ability to compensate, and may take medications such as betablockers that can potentially blunt the cardiovascular response. Care must be taken in the assessment of these patients.

- Via this wonderful little gem of information

Yeah. This is helpful for you.

Now, onto the rest.

Once it is full the sword will aid its wielder for feeding it by gaining the extent of its blood lust and goes wild. It moves on its own accord of up to two feet in an attempt to continue cutting its opponent.. As if an overjoyed child wanting to help the hand that feeds. Nearly doubling the swinging speed of a Kenjutsu user.

A-rank blades don't have a 'mind' of their own. They won't react this strongly to anything. That's an S-rank or higher ability. Drinking blood is fine at A-rank; but not that level of conscious acting on the sword's part, nor the extreme boost. Not unless you want to get this classified as a legendary blade; at which point you can't buy it this way.

Otherwise, it could use a quick grammar check. Feels like there punctuation and the occasional word missing. Nothing major; but it does need a once over.

I don't see anything wrong with this, and no other staff member has objected, so... approved! 2000 flat work for you?
