Mission description: Somehow or another a prisoner has escaped and I'm tasking you to find them. We know very little details of the prisoner, but we presume that they are dangerous, thus giving this mission its high rank. We do know that they're not a powerful prisoner, otherwise there would have been a whole prison break. Go find the prisoner and return him to the prison.
Mission details: Since the location is entirely up to you, it's also up to you to give the prisoner their power. Given this mission's rank, please be reasonable. Meet the word requirement and you'll get your reward.
