Kekkei Genkai Description: The clan's avant crux is an inherited juinjutsu called "Okaruto-no-Suutsu" or Occultic Suit. The cursed seal tethers clan members to the Evil Jester God Ellegua, and their personal suits.
Rose of the Tarot.
All Hiyaka have a future telling ability, which unbeknownst to them, is derived directly from the Jester God. Using one's own Major Arcana [suit] they are allowed foresight and predicitve capabilities; the cost being the Jester God Ellegua's archetype of mischief and trickery. Therefore the messages are usually very cryptic, confusing, and usually daunting to decrypt for inexperienced Hiyaka. Shinobi without the juinjutsu's marking do not have the ability to read their cards and makes sense of the suit's messages.They are so abstruse, that the Rose of the Tarot is immune to future-telling or foresight-based jutsu. Save for a technique that makes a Hiyaka involuntarily decode their own deck.
Major Arcana
These are a suit of twenty-two cards in a Hiyaka's 78-card deck. They are the permanent trump cards of clan members and automatically prevail the other suits. A certain amount of cards belonging to a suit(?) in the Minor Arcana must be played before a Hiyaku may "follow suit" and trump [or ruff] it with a Major. Cards of the Major suit are considered occultic and gain the Occultist Lock perk. These act as cooldowns and limiters.***Occultist Lock: When card of the Major Arcana is Occultist Locked, it will not disappear after its usage. It must be destroyed when a trick is active. If it is not, it can be shuffled back into the deck.***
Minor Arcana
These are the 56 suit cards in a Hiyaku's 78-card deck. The Minor Arcana comprise four suits with 14 cards each. Each Minor Arcana card in a suit is numbered one (ace) to ten, except for the court cards (or courts)—page, knight, queen, and king— which are comparable to face cards. Minor suits can be app'd to nigh-occultic cards once a Hiyaku achieves a certain rank; until then they have no use other than as projectiles, jutsu placeholders, or summoning contracts.Members start off with a free deck containing the 56 suit cards; although Hiyaku can purchase more if they wish. As with all E-rank items, these cards automatically replenish themselves after the owner exits a thread.

- Card Effects:
Sleight
Steals an elemental, non-KKG based jutsu for one post that a Hiyaku can take and use as their own. The target cannot use the jutsu for the the entire post.
Sleight can be used more than once or "stacked". If a Hiyaku is able to stack three jutsu of the same rank, they may the 3 sleighted cards and exchange them for a jutsu of a higher rank. (i.e If a Hiyaku sleights 3 jutsu of D rank, they may discard the cards for a C rank jutsu.
Disclaimer: Minor cards of E to A Rank decks can only sleight jutsu of B Rank.
atout "All In"
Temporarily seals targets inside the card. Once sealed, the target is moved to a realm of cards. The realm siphons chakra at a specific rate. Another trick can be played while targets are bound in atout.
If the trick is failed, the target is struck with D rank card projectiles.
Disclaimer: Only B rank suits can have atout as an effect. Atout can also be released using Kai similar to Genjutsu. That is to say, that a B rank suit having the effect of atout needs the appropriate amount of kia to break the seal, and escape.
Disclaimer: atout cannot be stacked as an effect.
Meld
Paralyzes target for one post.
Disclaimer: Opponents with Numb negative characteristic are immune to this card effect. And only B rank suits may have this card effect.
*Major Arcana cannot take card effects when app'd.
- Card Tricks:
Disclaimer: Cards app'd with the sleight effect do not need a trick.
Shuffle
Cards app'd with the shuffle trick gain the ability to grow to approximately 6x3 in height and size temporarily; also giving this ability to three other cards of any other suit or effect. When performing a text based shuffle, a Hiyaku may search for any three cards of any suit or chronology to be used in conjuction with the potentially effective card.
Regardless of the amount of cards that have an effect, only one of those cards may activated if the trick is failed. And the card must be stated.
- Card Juinjutsu:
Card seals are tethered to the clan member and their decks therein. In order for tricks to become active, targets must be struck by a card or an affect of the card. (Transformative card jutsus, constructs, etc.)
This places the temporary cursed seal on the target, with it's duration never exceeding one post from opponent to clan member. The cursed seal binds on contact to the specific card's trick.
If the trick is not nullified, or the target does not use their turn to counter the trick, then and only then will an opponent forfeit their turn and brook the app'd effect of the card.
The effect of the card corresponds after a trick has been failed and will spill over into an additional post, where targets feel the brunt of the effect.
