No you can, I had a similar problem when I joined. The site doesn't allow you to post pictures from some sites for the first seven days, I believe if you save the picture to your computer and then upload it through a file share site and then use it, it will allow you to post

Welcome to the site! The rules on this site are pretty different from other Naruto roleplaying communities so if you need help becoming accustomed to them then I recommend looking through the guide here. It's kind of out of date but if you need help with anything don't be afraid to PM me. Although I'm still in training, I am the current character mod.
