It has been known by select few throughout history that the secret of this nomadic genetic lineage is the innate affinity for Senjutsu chakra possessed by its members. Jūgo clansmen possess tremendous power, both the ability to draw nature chakra into themselves and use it to change the composition of their body and the capability to draw upon Senjutsu chakra more easily than other shinobi. Jūgo clan members always begin with Senjutsu as their Primary Specialization and may train this specialization for the normal word count requirements of a Primary Specialization instead of the Senjutsu training requirements. Shinobi who transition to this clan, however, must complete the requirements for unlocking D-rank Senjutsu as normal as part of the requirement to join the Jūgo Clan.
Jūgo clan members may perform Senjutsu techniques whether or not they have their Sage Mode active.
「 季変期 Kihenki, Changing like the Seasons 」
Jūgo clan members possess the unique ability to apply for techniques which alter the composition of their body, including, but not limited to, generating weapon shapes, projectile launchers, additional limbs or animal features, and general body transformation effects which may otherwise require the Taijutsu or Medical Ninjutsu specializations, while Jūgo clan members may do so solely with the Senjutsu specialization, and such techniques do not incur penalties to the user's stats in the event they choose to do so, as if they were Taijutsu techniques. In addition, Jūgo clan members are not required to perform hand seals or activation requirements for such techniques which solely utilize the Senjutsu specialization.
「 天授然 Tenjushika, Natural Gift 」
The most puzzling gift granted to members of the Jūgo clan is their innate ability to absorb the world's natural energies, the composition of their chakra pathways act as a natural host and filter for Senjutsu Chakra, causing them to passively take it into themselves from the life of the world which surrounds them. Jūgo clan members regenerate Senjutsu chakra per post based on their ninja rank, and do so at all times whether they are meditating, have activated techniques, or are fighting. This ability to accrue Senjutsu chakra and seamlessly mold it into the body without thinking has led many to believe that the Jūgo are immortal, heavenly beings, and those who live long enough to become ancients are often sought after as oracles and guides.

Drawbacks:
「 Nature Chakra Affinity 」
Due to the Jūgo clan's extreme affinity for Senjutsu chakra, clan members treat this specialized chakra source as if it were as normal as the chakra available to all other shinobi. The Senjutsu chakra utilized by the Jūgo clan is in harmony with their body, and the availablity of their physical and spiritual energies is reduced in kind, therefore, Jūgo clan members Senjutsu techniques are not granted an additional max effect by the Senjutsu specialization.
Due to their immense connection with nature chakra, Jūgo clan members are less capable of fine chakra control when transforming spiritual energies and refining them into elemental nature transformations. Jūgo clan members must take the Hesitant: Element negative special characteristic, and are unable to balance it.

Jūgo clan members, unlike other shinobi, do not begin their first post in a thread with a full Senjutsu Chakra Pool, instead, they enter a thread possessing an amount of Senjutsu chakra based upon their ninja rank.
Starting Senjutsu Chakra Pool -
- D-rank: 25 chakra.
- C-rank: 50 chakra.
- B-rank: 75 chakra.
- A-rank: 100 chakra.
- S-rank: 125 chakra.
At all times, if a Jūgo clan member possesses less Senjutsu chakra than they began a thread with, they suffer from -4-tiers of Strength, Speed, and Dexterity, as well as the effects of the Fatigue negative special characteristic. This is a form of chakra exhaustion whereby Jūgo clan members who do not have the required reserves of Nature chakra available find themselves sluggish and unable to perform as normal.
Peculiarly, in the case of the Jūgo clan, the inverse is also true, and there is harm to be found in those who absorb too much Nature chakra. This unique form of Nature chakra poisoning occurs when Jūgo clan members possess within 50 Senjutsu chakra of their maximum allowed Senjutsu chakra pool, making the lives of young, inexperienced Jūgo clan members particularly trying, as they are virtually unable to live at peace while absorbing natural energies. Clan members possessing too much Senjutsu chakra find their body will no longer obey them, and their minds blur with rage. While within 50 chakra of their maximum Senjutsu chakra pool, Jūgo clan members possess the Short Fuse negative special characteristic and act as if their Short Fuse has been triggered. In addition, whenever a Jūgo clan member activates a Senjutsu technique while under this effect, they receive degenerative tissue damage equal to the minimum damage for a jutsu of that rank, assigned to the area of the body where the effects of their technique originate, or at the discretion of the user if no such area applies.
