This is my attempt at a dossier. I've been tracking him for some time now. Whoever "he" is. Or whether he's... a he at all. It's driving me mad. I don't think anyone has really gotten a hold on who this person is...

it's something about them. Are they just that forgettable? Or is there something at work here? No matter how small each piece is....These are my efforts to find the truth of this being.
