Clan History: People can be born to be natural drunks, and the Myugan clan can become drunk using their chakra. The first clan leader Myugan Myugan found this out while wasted to a whole new degree. His chakra was different, even though he drank and drank he could never get as stupid as his fellow ninjas and felt that something was wrong with him. After a few days of meditation he felt woozy, unable to stand. All of sudden it made sense, he was drunk and he could feel a new found power surge through him. He told the closest person, his twin brother and together they changed the Myugan clan to become able to use this ability in combat. Quickly learning how to master this new found power (Aka there is no master just the flow) they quickly spread their name throughout the country.

Myugan Myugan eventually married and had many children, but it seemed that the males were the only ones who could become drunk off nothing. Even though it seemed like a disadvantage women got drunk really quickly in the family. Sips of sake would get them to the belligerent stages of drunk. Myugan proceeded to build a bar in the middle of Suna where he lived happily with his family.

His family bar quickly attracted many people as a bar in a desert land would, and they settled around the bar, for his drinks became legendary. It ran in his blood, to drink and make drinks. This has been the way since then and no matter how many people attack they end up sharing a nice drink with everyone and even forgetting why they came.

Kekkei Genkai Name: Natural Drunk / Zui Quan  [Drunken Fist Taijutsu]

Kekkei Genkai Description: Those of the Myugan clan have a what many would call a "Tainted" Chakra. Their chakra having characteristics very similar to alcohol. Taking in the chakra of a Myugan will often cause a state of inebriation, even to the Myugan themselves. All of the Myugan clan also has a perfect tolerance to drinking alcohol, never becoming even slightly inebriated from drinking any amount of alcohol. By focusing their mind for at least post and allowing their chakra to overtake their body in a sort of battle meditation, the user is able to succumb to their alcoholic chakra, allowing them to become essentially drunk while in the middle of combat. Combining this chakra ability with their natural affinity for Taijutsu has left the clan members as perfect candidates for the fighting style of Zui Quan, or Drunken Fist Taijutsu.

The movements achieved by this fighting style makes members of this clan harder to predict in battle, as the chakra affects the mind to lower the restrictions on the muscles, allowing them them to gain certain bonuses in combat:

• Unpredictable: With the alcoholic chakra flowing through their bodies, clan members are noted to be more limber and fluid, yet erratic while in combat. Opponents receive minus one tier debuff to their perception and reaction while facing a member of the Myugan clan in combat [this applies only to the clan member and only while drunk.]
  
  
• Uninhibited Power: While Drunk, members of this clan will gain a boost of one tier to both their strength and reaction, as the chakra affects the mind to lower the restrictions on the muscles, allowing them to hit harder whilst making their body more limber.
  

Drawbacks:

• Strange Bodied: With an alcoholic chakra, those of the Myugan clan have a more resilient body to outside medical care, thus all clan members must have Pharmacophobia as a negative characteristic that cannot be balanced.

• Stumbling Drunk: While under the effects of their alcoholic chakra, members of the Myugan Clan are subject to a strange sense of balance. While standing still, they are perfectly capable of coordinating their movements to fight an opponent. However, when needed to move, they lose their sense of balance to a certain degree. Members of the clan receive a debuff of two tiers to their movement speed while drunk.
  
  
• Blurry Vision: While under the effects of their alcoholic chakra, members of the Myugan clan have their vision altered, reducing their perception by two tiers for the duration of them being drunk.
  
  
• Drinking While Infuriated:While inebriated, the Myugan clan member loses mental clarity and gains the Short Fuse negative characteristic.
  
  
• The Hangover: Lower ranked members of the clan [D and C rank] are unable to voluntarily cancel the effects of the ability unless they are rendered unconscious. Upon waking up, they will suffer a four tier debuff to all their stats for the same amount of time as they were drunk [3 posts of drunkenness = 3 posts of stat debuffs]. Higher ranked members of the clan [B rank +] are able to cancel the technique at will, but still retain the debuff.
  

In the hangover, you say "unable to voluntarily cancel the effects of the jutsu". What jutsu? I assume you mean the effects of their chakra, but reword this.

Also, if their chakra is similar to alcohol, wouldn't it be naturally flammable and thus incur a weakness to Katon/difficulty using Katon without posing danger to the user?

Fixed the wording. That section was originally part of the drawbacks of the clan's jutsu that allowed them to become drunk in combat.

As for the Katon weakness/difficulty molding Katon, I would normally agree, but several of the characters who are already part of the clan have Katon/jutsu that allows them to spit out flammable liquids. I wouldn't want to add another debuff to what they already have.
