Clan History: Many clans take after the beasts and wild animals, even dragons, but this clan is known as a lot more it takes from the beast that was made from fire, the flame bird that could never die if anything as it was killed and when inside the flames it had a rebirth being reborn. Coming back more beautiful each time it coated itself within the fire. That is what people think when trying to recall who the Vermillion clan are. This clan was in the Second Ninja War, the anger of their friends dying got to one man he yelled out towards the sky, close to dying from his injuries, but once he did a Chakra that covered his form would heal all his wounds, the flames shown themselves wings made from fire, but he cannot fly as three phoenix tails also shown, the Wings can wrap around him, but the three tails can heal his friends.

This man knew his power was strong and it could keep rising up in the world, but he needed more people who could gain this ability to be called a clan. After hearing this man saved many people the village of Kirigakure no Sato, offered him his own land and rank in the world he accepted it and was given the rank of noble. He was given the main task of healing people in the medical room, but even with this power, he was only one man his chakra couldn't take it so his plan was to keep allowing people already in his family to learn this ability and born new children.

In the third ninja war not much was heard about this clan, but when the time called for it this clan grown beyond all, having many members to use. But it was the founders son's turn one in the second ninja war was old and couldn't fight anymore. They healed many in battle, but all like last time died, the tree was too powerful his friends gone his Kekkei Genkai being no match towards this power, he looked in shock but the power of a god scared him. He didn't allow himself to fall he was a phoenix so if he was scared he would have to be reborn. As he when into battle with everyone else. After this event, he kept his land and the family no longer being a ninja, now they heal the wounded, and come when the message calls for their ability. This clan has a lesser and a lower branch, and Athena is the granddaughter of the founder making her the next leader and the higher noble class.

Phoenix Wings - This clan is known for two things that show their power, first, let's start out with their wings. They burn like fire being much like of what you see from a Phoenix in a myth, they are able to wrap around the person that created them, healing part of the wound with their fire. Any fire attack that should make contact with the burning wings of the phoenix will cause no harm, well only if it's of the same rank or lower, making fire Jutsu not a good choice to use on this clan. If the wings where to burn out, the user can bunr there chakra to keep them going.

The Three-Tails Of The Phoenix - The wings of this jutsu can be powerful but the person that created them can not move from there spot and it drains there own chakra to heal anyone. The tails will wrap around them as any wounds on there body start to close up, the most that can be done is three at a time, as that is all the tails they have to use.

Drawbacks:

Water - Any water or water jutsu that hits a part of there body will burn out any part of the phoenix wings or tail, leaving them to use chakra to remake it. This is not easy to do as they burn up the water that is on them. That is why most in this clan wish to stay away from water users.

Can't Move - When healing someone they can not move that does count themselves as well.

Chakra Drain - When healing anyone, it will burn up there chakra. Leaving them weaker and weaker.

Okay, let's get started. Reword the part that says "Any fire attack that should make contact with the burning wings of the phoenix will cause no harm, well only if it's of the same rank or lower", removing the "well only". Also, what do you mean by "same rank or lower"? Same rank as the user? If that is the case, this implies that this kekkei genkai scales with the user's rank. If not, how does this work? Does this require training?

You have used "there" as in location rather than "their" as in possessive in a few spots, in the kekkei genkai description and in the drawbacks; fix this. You also have a typo at the end of "Phoenix Wings", that says "bunr".

This whole clan is extremely vague, describing the abilities in as few words as possible and neglecting to add any numbers or explanation as to how the kekkei genkai works or the extent to which it can heal. How much chakra is used per post that they are healing someone?

Onto the drawbacks. Your water weakness says that they have to use chakra to remake their wings/tails after they get hit with water. How much chakra is needed to remake these? Furthermore, it says, "this is not easy to do as they burn up the water that is on them." What does this mean? The water jutsu is dissipated after it hits? Why are they unable to move when healing? You say "When healing someone they can not move that does count themselves as well", which implies that the people you are healing also cannot move. Is this correct? Chakra drain says that it leaves them "weaker and weaker". Expand on what you mean by "weaker and weaker". Is this because of the regular complications of using too much chakra, i.e. exhaustion/unconsciousness beyond 10 chakra or less, or does this follow a different procedure? Or is it a stat debuff that takes effect when you use the kekkei genkai to heal someone?
