Otto looked at himself in the mirror it was time to celebrate he was a chunin the thought of this made him want to cheer. It took him forever to become a genin thanks to his obsessive father, but now in a few months he had become a chunin and he was finally where the average ninja should be at this age. However, that wouldn’t last long to get to the next level he had to get promoted once more then he could wear the symbol he desperately wanted to wear. He took off his coat and looked at the symbol right over his heart; it was the Kirigakure symbol He got it to symbolize where his loyalties where. Just the thought of his village burning almost brought a tear to his eye; almost. He was going to get some new art work and another name was going on his list just as one came off. He looked at a tattoo on his back that he called the list it had was just a line with the word list at the top and under it was names. Names of people he wanted to defeat or kill he hadn’t decided yet, but it was definitely one of the two. The list oddly enough it contained several people who had part in his own story. Including all of team 1 Kenta sarutobi, Jurou Osada, Hikou, and many other names of people that he shouldn’t want to kill at all but for whatever reason Otto was twisted enough to have all of their names on his list. Maybe it was because he looked up to or cared about these people that he had them on his list either way it was going to get some changes a man needed to come off and another needed to go on. He walked to Konoha’s tattoo parlor and told the man what he wanted. Hikou’s name crossed off, and Hao’s name put on. The rouge, the burner of Kirigakure, Hao He took his village his family… he took everything from Otto, but in the sickest of ways he looked up to him. Hao symbolized true strength the power to walk into one’s home kill them then kill anyone they wanted to protect he made Otto want to be stronger. He was going to do it too he was going to get stronger and whether he could kill hao himself or not he would help as much as he possibly could. The tattoo artist chuckled at Otto; Otto smiled realizing he had been thinking aloud he hoped the guy wouldn’t talk too much or he would have to visit again for much less pleasant reasons. He had the Man mark flames on his arms if you don’t know why you probably haven’t been following recent events catch up! He threw his jacket on it was time to have some serious fun he was going to learn some jutsu and beat the hell out of some bandits free of charge.
