Protection: This jacket reduces both ranged and close attacks (be it from either fists or bladed weaponry) by 20% while reducing fire based jutsu by 40%. The jacket does not stop any attacks obviously, it only reduces the effectiveness, thus, allowing the user to take slightly less damage than normal.

Appearance: This is Konohagakure's traditonal Flak Jacket which can only be purchased by those from Konoha. The jacket is khaki color coated with the Konohagakure symbol stitched into the back of it with a black lace. The jacket has a padding around the neck area to increase the comfort rate of it to help take the attention away from the two bolts in the shoulder pads which help keep the jacket as a jacket. The pouches on the breast area can be used to hold small projectiles like Senbon or Shuriken or even medical supplies although space in each pocket is limited.
History: This jacket has been used throughout Konoha for years, acting as more of a symbol of the village than anything else. Ninja from Konohagakure can buy this but only them unless liberated from a fallen Konoha ninja. Other than that this is just a flak jacket which have been given to most ninja of Konoha.
