My name is Oats, and I'm new to forum roleplay. I've roleplayed on various other outlets such as IRC Chats, Skype Calls, Garry's Mod, and SS13. I've been watching Naruto recently and had a desire to create a character. I had a small group in Skype previously with whom I had a Naruto RP with, but I wanted to join something on a larger scale. I guess I'll start figuring out my character.
