Well, this is my first official greeting on this site. You see I registered on this site a couple years ago, but my life kinda got crazy so I couldn't put any work into RPing in general, but I am happy to say that my love for naruto and RP have spiked and so I am here to start out something awesome.

I hope to meet a lot of you and have lots of fun.

As a kind of Noobish question, I was wondering if Kugutsu was only in Sunagakure, or if other villages were allowed to have access to it. I'm sure I'll read the answer somewhere, but until I do I felt the need to ask. Anyway, thank you, all and I hope to start the fun soon.
