Jet
D-rank
Mission name: The Blue Turban Rebellion (Repeatable)
Mission rank: B
Objective: “Route the enemy force”
Location: Kiri
Reward: 300 ryo
Mission description: “there has been an uprising around Kirigakure threatening our rebuild. After Amatarasu ripped through the land and we lost our Kage, it allowed small independent groups to lay siege to outer areas, and our limited food supplies. The largest of the groups are a religious cult calling themselves the Blue Turbans, who seem to worship the sea almost fanatically. Travel to one of their small strongholds and DISRUPTthem enough so that repairs can be made to the town and farmlands can be harvested safely.
Mission details: A team, while the farmers begin their harvest, will infiltrate or attack at their discretion one of the camps known to belong to the blue fortress to perform one of the following: to confront and route their force or kill their leader. Camps vary in size, but average at around 15 to 20 men, so taking a team is advised.
It seems this land is always plagued by war, travesty its mistress and tranquility an illusion. Countless time the nations has seen dire times, faced unforeseen tragedy and high stacks. It is as if war has never left this land even in times of peaces. Maunders, pirates, rebels, cults, rouge nin all gather here like moths to a flame, attracted to the peril of its citizens and the misty air dye red. It is a mysterious land after all, sirens sing songs of glory and lust to the sailors. Men who cannot see far into the future as whisked away by will o wisp and children snatched up by the tendrils of smoke, never to be seen again. It is ironic isn't it, that the land of water, the element known to be the most versatile of all and typically used by fung shui believers to be a symbol of life and tranquility when here the murky depths are ruins of a forgotten time, home to where the damned cannot rest. And yet even so, there are folk who take arms against the shinobi, against their protectors who try to shield them from the dangers that lurk in the dark. These rebels came time and time again, uprising, and intent of disrupting the natural order for what. What is there to possible gain but the illusion of power. A civilian, the type like these even with the most minimal of training try their hand at manipulating fate.
As commissioned she will show them what happens to traitors. After all, wasn't the mizukage's famous saying, No Prisoners? Jet stood on the outskirts of a small stronghold hidden by the mist behind a tree awaiting for whomever was sent to accompany her so they can soon begin their mission.
