Yaboku having just made it through a rather large sand storm, entered through the village gates, and to safety from the blowing sands. His white cloak he used to protect himself from the wind is now in tatters and sheds. A small sigh slips from his lips as he inspected his cloak, realizing it was now useless and took it off and tossed it into a near by trash can. Yaboku eyed the area slowly taking in the slight details of the roads, buildings and where most of the people were heading. "Hmm, I guess heading towards the Bazaar will be the best bet." Yaboku slipped his left arm into his kimono allowing it to hang loosely in the sleeve before walking towards the eastern road towards the Grand Bazaar of the village.
Reaching the Bazaar only took Yaboku a few minutes, once there he was greeted with a abundance of people, smells and sounds, a hustle and bustle of the sand village. A small smile slips across his lips as he weaves in and out of the mass of people and finds an alleyway, still in view but out of the way enough to not be a bother to those walking. He grabbed a box and set it up as to allow himself to crouch behind it, next he took out three cups and a single marble. After a few minutes people started to notice, and the games started.
A half hour passed and now man was bent over in front of the small set up looking deeply at the cups. "Left, middle or right? Gotta pick one sooner or later." The man looked at Yaboku with an annoyed look on his face due to Yabokus words, after a second of thought he pointed to the left cup. "You sure?" Yaboku smirked as the man nodded, he flicked the left cup over showing there is nothing under it. "Dang to bad, you lose." The man stood up straight and tossed a small amount of Ryo at Yaboku before mumbling something about cheating and being rigged. Yaboku smirked and pushed the money into his pocket before picking up the other two cups, the right having a single the single marble under it. "Cheating my ass, just can't follow a cup." He shock his head slightly and started the game over with the next player taking the place of the man who had just lost.

Another day in the baazar, another day of the oppressive fucking heat. Why was he out here? Oh yea, he needed a few extra items for himself. He'd forgotten about getting them on the day he purchased his swords; he'd had to deal with finding a place for himself and that Haruka kid, whom he now 'owned' some sort of way. The kid was  smart in his own way, and knew his way about. Dakuman figured he could use the kid to get out of the desert for the time being, and would see where the roads took him once he got to that point. Not that all this mattered at the moment, he still needed to but his wares. What was he purchasing that would make him venture out into this heat?

Bells. He was out here in the heat purchasing bells for himself. He'd come to realize something about this strange ability, the one that he'd seemed to have inherited from his mother; he anytime he was near a bell of sorts, it would begin to ring, much like the bell he kept hidden in his topknot. Dakuman realized that he could possibly create a jutsu harness to harness the power of the ringing bells, and use them to his advantage. Simple sword swings could become much deadlier, as he could possibly release sonic waves with them, to drestroy objects. Speaking of swords, he carried only one with him at the moment: Strange Tune was strapped upon his back in its usual place, angled just right so that he could draw it in his right hand if need be. His left wrist bore the hidden blade he was begining to become very fond of. The male was dressed in his normal attire; a tight black bodysuit highlighted by metal plating on his shins, arms, shoulders, chest, and waist, as well as a long purple scarf, but covered himself in a tattered brown cloak to keep the sand out of places he did not want it.

The male moved very quickly through the streets of the bazaar, grey eyes glancing to and fro in an attempt to pick out a merchant that happened to be carrying what he was looking for. So far, he'd seen no one with any kind of trinkets, but then again, he had only been at this for ten minutes.

If it were this easy, perhaps it would not be worth attempting?

Still, he wanted those bells to test out his theory. And so, on he moved, not stopping until something peculiar caught his eyes. A small crowd gathering in the mouth of an alley way.  Typically, Dakuman would ignore situations like this; it was really none of his business to rubber neck and stick his nose into shit that had nothing to do with him. But, his curiousity was raised as he veiwed a man walking away, muttering something about someone cheating.

"Cheating my ass, just can't follow a cup."

Huh. Pulling the purpple scare up to cover the lower half of his face, the male ventured over to the crowd of people. From what he could see, there was a man crouched behind a box, with three cups placed upon it in front of him. As Dakuman watched, it quickly became clear to him what was going on; it was an old gambling game where players placed bets on what cup a small item was under. It seemed like the guy crouched behind the box was running the show. Those grey eyes watched on in silence as the man went about his game. Dakuman was not one to usually partake in these kind of activities himself, but he was not about to knock another person for thier hustle.

The next man approached Yabokus set up, betting 30 ryo in hopes of getting 90 back. Yaboku smirked slightly and placed the marble under the middle cup and started to switch the three around. At first he was going slow to give the man a false sense of hope, but soon he picked up the pace to make it so only the most skilled could follow, and this man was just a commoner. Once Yaboku noticed the mans face twitch in announce he stop and let go of the cups showing he was done. "Left, middle or right? You have once chance, what's it going to be?" The man study for a few moments and let out a sigh before lazily picking the cup on the right. Yaboku sighed and flicked over the cup showing the marble. "You win." The man smiled and was shocked since he had failed to follow. He collected his winnings but left Yaboku a small 'tip' of 30 ryo. Ryo nodded with a smile as the man left with what little ryo Yaboku had once had. Yaboku shock his head and moved the marble in front of the middle cup to start the game over again. Yaboku needed money, but he also needed information, this stand gave him both. The game brought in people who in turn would talk while watching and often let information slip, and being in the bazaar made it that much easier to pick up some information about the village, people, missions, and possible rewards for criminals.

Yaboku had come to the village to earn a few ryo, well more then a few. He had lost his sword during his travels and now needed to buy a new one. He could get a cheaply made one but all the ones worth having are roughly one thousand ryo. With only a handful of Ryo to his name, it was clear he would have to take up on a few missions to earn most of the ryo needed. Yaboku let out another sigh, he wasn't a fan of 'hard work' and was quite lazy when it came to such things but needs over wants as it were. The bad part about trying to find jobs, is most were taken by the shinobi of the village, or they just don't pay enough to make it even seem worth it.

Yabokue was a fairly attractive man with a light tan to his skin with a muscular build. He sports dark navy hair that is short and a little chopped at the top. The right side of his face is covered by his hair, wheres the left is cut shorter, he keeps the rest tied in a ponytail. He has red eyes that seem to be quite striking to whoever looks him in the face. The parts of his skin that can be seen are covered in tattoos, or scars earned during his travels, giving him an exotic look almost.

Yaboku looked up into the small group of people in front of him and noticed someone who stood out. Up till now most people were just normal folk, but this young man was clearly a shinobi of some kind. The sword on his back was the biggest give away, but what caught Yaboku eye the most was the mostly hidden blade on his wrist. "You with the blade on his back, how about it, care for a try?" Win or lose, this was going to be Yabokus last game, he needed to find a better means of earning Ryo then taking a few here and there from passer.

"You with the blade on his back, how about it, care for a try?"

An eyebrow was raised; was this persona calling him out for a game? A distrustful espression formed on Dakuman's face; people like this did not usually call out a person in the crowd unless they seemed like an easy target. Did  Dakuman seem easy to fool? Perhaps it was his face that made him seem easy to fool and manipulate? Either way, this man issued a challange and Dakuman was not one to back down. Stepping forward, he nodded to the person behind the crate; determined to win. From a pocket hidden on beneath one of the metal plates on his apparel, he produced single coin of currency; a coin worth exactly 100 ryo. Placing it on the table, he nodded to the dealer.

"Lets raise the stakes a bit, hm? 100 ryo, and I'll even close my eyes while you move them." Several onlookers in the crowd gasped; how was he planning to win if he could not see the dealer moving the marble? A grin was forming on Dakuman's face; he had a sure fire way to know where the  marble was. Even as he spoke, he was concentrating his chakra and focusing his mind; the bell in his topknot was ringing very faintly, so faint that Dakuman himself could barely hear it, and he knew what to look for. To Dakuman, he was quite sure that no one would be able to hear the ringing, especially over the noise of the baazar. Once the dealer was ready, Dakuman would close his eyes and even turn around, allowing him to begin. If the male would begin his game, Dakuman would focus on the sounds around him; allowning his clan's passive sensory to kick in, and felt out his surroudings. As the cup with the marble would move, he could follow it with much better accuracy than his eyes could; where as motion could be blurred, and thus fool the sight, sounds could not be faked unless they matched frequencey exactly. All Dakuman had to do was follow the sounds.

He was not worried about this man attempting to cheat him by removing the stone from the cup -- the crowd around them was very thick, someone would surely see him if he attempted to do as such.

Yaboku tilted his head to the side slightly at the mans proclaim to close his eyes, and even turn around, but money was money and a challenge was a challenge. It was clear the man before him had a trick up his sleeve, no one would bet one hundred ryo unless they thought they had the upper hand. Yaboku tapped the box a few times and smirked slightly. Swords, weapons, and an attitude of being superior, it was clear to Yaboku the challenger was a shinobi, or was fluent in the arts of one. Yaboku sighed knowing that the man with his back turned most likely was using some kinda of sensory jutsu or something along the lines. If he was going to use sight he wouldn't have bothered to turn around, smell was possible, but there were many smells and he never touched the marble to take in it's sent, so Yaboku doubted his sense of smell was that great, sound was the only thing left. It was loud but with the man closing his eyes he could most likely concentrate better and drown out the background noise.

Yaboku smirked and took out two more marbles, both a different color then the first, he placed all three marbles under the cups, each one getting it's own. The man was good, but a bit to arrogant, and Yaboku would use that to earn the hundred ryo. Yaboku stated to move the cups; he moved left to the middle, right to the left, he then moved the right to the middle and the middle to the left, next he would move the middle to the left and then right to the middle. He placed his hands on the outer cups, stopping all movements. "Alright." He slide his left finger across the top of the cup as he lifted his hands up, a movement not many would notice. Yaboku spread his hands in front of him presenting the cups. "Left, middle, or right, three choices, one chance." Yaboku smirked. "Hope that sensory ability you were trying use can see color, only the clear one is the winner." Yaboku was betting on one thing, the man never seeing what cup got the starting marble, so it make it hard to follow just by sound.

Oh the world was a strange sight with his eyes closed; everything was so very different to the senses. Everything had a wavelength, everything felt so different. With his eyes closed, he could feel and see everything, in a sense. In his mind's eye, the world was now a strange 'picture' of what it was before; the male was essentially seeing sounds within a limited area around himself. As things moved within that specified area, he could track them with uncanny precision, all without opening his eyes. But how? How was he capable of this feat of perception? Easy.

Everything in the world had a specific pitch, a specific frequency at it it vibrated, no matter what it was. As Dakuman stood three, he took focused and took note of the frequency of the marble that was upon the tabletop. As the cups moved, the sounds would shift with it as the marble rolled across the surface of the table; all Dakuman had to was 'watch' and wait for the dealer to stop moving the cups -- what was this? Something was wrong, something was changing. Judging by the mental image that was being painted for him, it would seem that this man was placing additional marbles upon the surface as well, then shuffled them around. When he was done, he moved his finger across the top of the cups, something that Dakuman found as odd.

"Alright. Left, middle, or right, three choices, one chance. Hope that sensory ability you were trying use can see color, only the clear one is the winner."

Oh, so he was wise to what Dakuman was attempting, and sought to even the odds? Very well, he could try.  Turning about and opening his eyes, Dakuman offered a wicked grin to the dealer. Despite the man's attempt to even the odds, a resonating pitch could not be faked unless one knew what they were doing. With Dakuman already locked onto the frequency of the clear marble, there was no way for him to loose. But still, something bothered him; there had to be something up this dealer's sleeve beyond just the additional marbles. Time would tell if Dakuman had to test his sword out on this man's flesh; for the moment, Dakuman simply raised his hand and pointed at the cup he knew to contain the clear marble.

"Right there." Eyes narrowed at the dealer, awaiting this man's move. If he tried something that seemed fishy, Dakuman would more than likely end this man's career. This man had called Dakuman out with the intent of gaining his money, and Dakuman was unwilling to part with his coin without some sort of fight. If this man wished to attempt to bullshit a bullshitter, he would find himself in more than just deep shit.

The one thing his grandparents ever taught him suddenly came to mind: Don't take no shit, no shorts, and everything out the butt is bullshit.

May the gods bless their poor, wretched souls and let them burn forever in flames of hell hell.

No response, huh? Very well, Dakuman would smirk at the dealer before collecting his winnings. He had a small idea as to why this person called him out to play. People like this did not usually call out a person in the crowd unless they seemed like an easy target. Did  Dakuman seem easy to fool? Perhaps it was his face that made him seem easy to fool and manipulate?

Do not let the smooth taste fool ya, man. My momma did not name me Neo, so I am not the one to frick with.

With his winnings in hand, the male would turn and make his way from the alley through the crowd of people. He hadd come here into the bazaar looking to purchase bells for himself and his weapons, and had gotten distracted with a con man and his games. He would go about his way, still searching  for his bells. He was not worried about this con man attempting to come after him for 'winning' the game: the lack of a kazekage in office was seeming to contribute to a distinct lack of order within the village. The very fact that no one seemed to even mind or notice that he'd kidnapped that Haruka kid several days ago was giving concrete proof.

Oh well. Moving on.

Yaboku didn't say a word, the man who 'played' the game was a cheat, he waved his hand slightly, and simply allowed the man to collect his coins and leave. Yaboku sighed slightly standing up placing the few coins he had left into his pocket before looking around slightly. Yaboku sighed, kicking the box back next to a trash can before walking down the ally way, his left arm draped in his kemono allowing it to hang loosely by the cloth.
