Ninja of Kirigakure no Sato in the land of Kumogakure are being captured and detained against their will, several managed to escape the witch-hunt, but many have been locked up for reasons unknown and without a given time of release.Few were harmed, less can be said about the Kumo ninja who tried to capture them, there are many in severe conditions from the battles which were fought. I will be corresponding with these people for the foreseeable future in an attempt to keep spirits up. Your people are strong, and hope will not be lost.

When Ayakashi read the words of her spy, a fury took over her heart, standing up and hurling the scroll the message was delivered in across the room and denting the wood of the adjacent wall, cracks streaming up it. But this could only work in her favor, fortune didn't favor the bold in these kinds of things, Sanosuke had shown his colours as an inept and incapable kage who allowed paranoia to guide his decisions. It had to be that this act could only precede action, it was the only explanation Aya could rightly think of, it was a precaution in case of something happening, but for something to happen there would need to be exposure... And all of this conveniently circling one of his ninja coming to Kirigakure. Obviously news of their death had not yet reached his ears.

In a different world, Aya would have simply told Sanosuke the truth about everything that had happened, attempting to appeal to his humanity, but it had been decided, he was mad. Writing an executive Order Aya would freeze all assets that were departing Kirigakure for Kumo, compensating the merchants for their goods with ryo for the amount it was worth and sending a notice to Iwagakure and Konohagakure.
