Mission name: Rice Lovers! Or are They?
Mission rank: A
Objective: Eliminate a group of thieves terrorizing the Rice Paddy fields.
Location: The Wilderness
Reward: 1000 ryo
Mission description: A group of mean-spirited shinobi have been taken advantage of the inhabitants of the Rice Paddy fields, they're are 6 of them. They have been terrorizing the locals as well as stealing crops from them. In fear and desperation after a person was killed recently has forced them to get the help of Kumogakure to relieve them of their problem. It will be in your best interest to kill them.
Mission details: The strength of the shinobi are relatively unknown due to the lack of resistance they faced in the Rice Paddy fields, but 3 of the members are genin, 2 are chunin, and one is a jounin. The location of the group is in the Abandoned Mine. There must be some interaction with the frantic locals as they will give clues to the hideout of the bandit group. How you learn of their location is totally up to you. Also through interaction with the local you can deduct what the specialty of the genin and chunin are. The skills of the Jounin will remain secret until encounter.
*Also, this group is also planning an attack on the village and was actually using the Rice Paddies as practice. You must find out their true plans.
*If you find out their true plans(an attack on the village), interact with the locals, meet the 2500 wordcount, and defeat the bandit group, all participants will receive the 500 ryo reward.
Name: Shimu
Age: 16
General Appearance: Shimu is 5ft 8in. He is of average build. The chunin wears a blue ninja outfit that covers his entire body and half his face.
Personality: Shimu is very arrogant and disrespectful. He is viewed as the second strongest of the group, and out of foolhardiness will usually attack first, as he is extremely confident in his abilities as he should be.
Motivations: His motivation is to surpass the group's nonchalant leader and take over and expand the bandit group's numbers.
Fears: Shimu is afraid of fire as he was burned as a child. As a result his reaction time towards fire attacks is decreased by 25%.
Other: Shimu is a chunin rank shinobi. He is exremely agile and possesses amazing reflexes. He has the speed of a jounin, be careful. But this makes him very frail, all attacks that find a way to land do +2 damage. Shimu has A-rank Kenjutsu and Chakra flow. His main attack is to run lightning chakra through his katana.

Name: Kalima
Age: 15
General Appearance: Kalima is 5ft 6in. He has a stocky build as he is the slowest of all the members but arguably the strongest in terms of physical strength. Kalima's appearance differs the most, as he wears blue tights as well as upper-body armor. Kalima does keep half his face covered with a blue mask. Kalima also has spiky blue hair. On his back is a quite massive broad sword. (can be partially seen in his photo)
Personality: Kalima is very obedient and quiet. He doesn't question the orders he is given. All he knows is attack.
Motivations: Kalima's apparent motivation is to impress and protect his group members.
Fears: Kalima fears disappointing his team.
Other: Kalima is extremely strong for his age, and possesses the strength of a jounin, but he has the speed of a genin. Kalima is purely a Kenjutsu specialist, with Kenjutsu of A-rank. He uses his huge sword, 4 ft long and 18 inches wide, to inflict devastating force. His armor provides resistance to all lightning or earth attacks up to B rank. His armor provides no resistance from physical attacks by Kenjutsu or Taijutsu specialists, nor physical attacks by Jounin. Outside of these parameters, all other attacks do regular damage.

Age: 27
General Appearance: Jayzume is 6ft tall. He is lean and has a great physique. He wears a skin tight black ninja outfit. Half of his face is covered, on his waist lies a pouch that has 10 shuriken and a smoke bomb.
Personality: Jayzume is calm and intelligent. But seems to be hindered by his lack of ambition/motivation. He often has an aloof demeanor on the battlefield and lets his underlings fight, and only gets involved as a last resort. But as he spectates he is gathering valuable information about his opponent.
Motivations: His only real motivation is to win every fight he finds himself in, which is rare.
Fears: His only fear is losing.
Other: Jayzume is a Jounin level shinobi. Jayzume has Sanin level speed, is a water ninjutsu user, and a taijutsu (taekwondo) specialist. His water element is B-rank, his Ninjutsu is A-rank, and his Taijutsu is A-rank. He often uses shadow clones and is highly skilled with his Substitution.

Description: A twist on the regular Shadow Shuriken jutsu. The user throws multiple projectiles at the target, hiding each projectile in the shadow of another. If the target notices the shuriken hidden in the shadow of the first and dodges it, the user can reveal the other shuriken. They can still only travel as far as a normal throw would allow, though.

Description: Shuriken Shadow Clone Jutsu is a variation of the Shadow Clone technique. The user tosses a real projectile and then forms the bird hand seal, causing up to four hundred shadow clones of a thrown weapon (senbon, shuriken, kunai) to be generated mid-flight; they are all the same as the original, and are all an equal threat. This technique, because it can spawn so many weapons from just one, can easily catch targets off guard, and is extremely difficult to completely avoid. This can also be used with Fuma Shuriken, however it can only create a maximum of 100 replicas. The replicated projectiles will vanish after a single post.
