Gin
Retired
Gin had dragged Sake all over Sunagakure, shopping for clothes and taking him out to eat. It was almost approaching sundown when they reached the apartment Gin owned. It was relatively small, but it had enough living space for two people. Sure, it only had one bedroom and one bathroom, but they'd manage. Gin had no problem with letting Sake sleep on her couch. It wasn't a bed, but it was better than the bench he had been sleeping in. She would have let him sleep in her bed, but she often snored loudly and moved a lot in her sleep. Not only that, but it would probably mean something completely different to him than it did to her. In Gin's mind, they were still best friends, despite everything. It didn't mean much if they shared a bed. But for Sake, doing so would probably have different implications. "Well that was fun," She said as they both approached Gin's apartment complex. Naturally, she had made Sake carry all of the shopping bags, even though only about 10% of the things in them actually belonged to him. The rest? Well, it all obviously belonged to Gin. The young Kazekage pulled out the keys to her apartment from her item's pouch and opened the door. She slipped the key in, twisted the knob and led both of them into her house.
Gin switched on the lights. The apartment could have been described as nice. The space in the living room was wide enough to fit a large black leather couch and two armchairs along with a flat-screen TV, equipped with a very nice sound system. There was a wooden dining table on the other side of the living room. The wooden floor was nicely polished and the far wall had a panoramic window where one could see the entire view of Sunagakure. There were two doors - one to the left and another to the right - each leading to the bedroom and the kitchen respectively. The only problem with the apartment was that Gin hardly ever cleaned it. Old bottles of beer and other assorted alcohols littered the dining table. Dirty clothes lay on the floor along with some of Gin's perverted novels and empty packs of instant meals. Dirty dishes were thrown haphazardly on the sink and the bed was unmade. "Sorry about the mess," She began, scratching the back of her head. "I hardly ever have time to clean anymore."
