As the title suggest I need a training partner for Sasijimi. With the exams closing in, I need to train stats and jutsu to be ready for it. Any takers?

I'm not just yet, I still can't find anyone who can tell me if I need my Kage's permission to travel for the exams. I'd think not but I don't actually know.
