1 Secret Supply Lines [Mission/C-Rank Repeatable/Private] Sat Jul 18, 2015 4:27 pm
Yasutake
D-rank
Yasutake's form entered and exited Kirigakure's Administration Building relatively quickly. His mission he knew was going to be quite dangerous this time. Despite all the other ones where he had combated other corrupt ninja of the village, the mission had never been to kill each other. But this time, his mission details spoke of how it'd be possible for him to encounter ninja who weren't aligned with anyone. I guess I may as well slay them. He thought as he looked from side to the side in the street before heading towards the West. His mission told him to go in that direction, so guess what, he listened!
Despite his more chaotic and extreme outlook on the missions that he took, he still followed the rules. The rules were things that a ninja's Kage enforced, and if the rules weren't followed, then those ninja were scum. Which was why he wholeheartedly enjoyed going through the missions where he was able to beat some sense into ninja that were corrupt and were abusing their power as shinobi. As a Hattori, and someone who traveled throughout the entirety of their early childhood, he couldn't stand if things didn't remain in the way that they had been found.
Especially when it was something that was directly aligned to him. For example, the village, it's inhabitants and the land surrounding the Land of Water.
He didn't profess that knowledge except to the Mizukage when he requested these missions, and he figured that the upper echelons of the Village took advantage of his want to protect the Village, something that he wasn't against.
Being an ANBU would maybe be a good idea. It has it's perks definitely.
He didn't know, he didn't really want to think that far ahead and ruin his practice for the Chunnin Exams. He had already encountered one genin that was going to the Exams, and he felt that genjutsu techniques and users would be his weakness, and so he was going to make sure that he prepared himself for their techniques.
"Hmph." He only made a sound as he leapt across the rooftops of the village, the stone in the depths of his pockets as he sprinted towards the West Gate to let him out of the village. The sooner I finish this one, the sooner I get back to preparing for the Exams.
Finally, he hit the gates and he leapt downwards and was already blazing a path through a group of visitors, already too fast to stop himself. Thankfully, he didn't bump into anyone, but that was the least of his worries. Hostile ninja were in the area, and if there visitors coming in then they could be attacked by said ninja!
Gotta hurry!
He hurried towards the border to the West, to the rest of the shinobi nations, moving as fast as he could as the village slowly dwindled in sight and was then completely concealed by the mist that raised off of the multiple bodies of water surrounding her.
It took him the better part of the morning to start seeing the grassy fields that showed the other side of the border, but before he could even get there, he took note of two shinobi that were in front of him, and below. Normally, he would've ignored them and kept going. But they just so happened to be releasing ninja tools at him.
While he traveled through the air towards the tree when the barrage of ninja tools occurred, he twisted his body in the air and left himself upside down as soon as he hit the thin branch, and with both hands he swung himself downwards to the ground, temporarily eluding his enemies.
Landing in bushes at the base of the trees quite heavily, he exhaled from the sheer heaviness of his landing, temporarily winded as he peeked through the bushes miniature branches to see them approaching.
Raising his hand and placing it on to the tree beside him, he extended his chakra into the tree and then moved as fast as he could away from the tree and towards another one, in order to put distance between the two other ninja. They aren't that good, they should've kept coming after me.
Drawing his sword from the wooden sheath along his back that was held there by the sash tied around his waist, he performed the hand sign for the Doppelganger technique, and when the clone appeared, he willed it to the right, and the real Yasutake drew out a kunai, and leapt out to the left of the tree.
"No, that's a fake!" One of them cried, but the other was already releasing the rest of his shuriken at the clone which resulted in it being destroyed in a puff of smoke.
Too late.
Yasutake was too fast, and his sword was already plunging into the right side of the genin who had been confused, and as it pushed into him, when it stopped, Yasutake spun away from his body and kicked him in the back of the leg which forced him to go down on a knee and while he did Yasu wasted no more time. Before he had even hit his knee, Yasu's hands were on the man's head, pinky fingers stretched around his jawline, squeezing his head in his grasp before he snapped the head to the side and with the loudest crack that Yasu had ever heard in his life the man was collapsing.
As he hit the ground, Yasu was already gaining distance between the second man, and he drew out his wire with his right hand, and was already shoving the string through the kunai in his left, and he knotted the wire, still connected to the dispenser, and he threw the kunai at the side of the second man, activating his substitution jutsu and came around the tree on the flank of the man.
His wire was instead falling through the air where he had been standing, next to a log, and e drew out a shuriken and threw it to where the kunai should be moving through.
When it deflected against the kunai and was instead knocked to directly behind the man's leg, Yasutake leapt forwards, picking up the line of the wire, and tied it around the man just as he took note of what was going on, but it was too late.
Leaping backwards he rolled and picked up the wire, and pulled at the wire with his teeth, and he dropped the dispenser as he went through the handsigns.
Fire Style! Dragon Fire Jutsu! He exclaimed mentally. He felt as if he were trying to force the man to hear him mentally, to tell him to make peace with whatever sins he had committed in his life because... He was about to die.
The tiger hand seal was formed as he spoke, and he felt as his mouth and lungs formed the chakra, and then he expelled it from his mouth, tightening his lips so that it was spewed along the wires and it flew over the lines towards the man in a moment and began to burn him.
Releasing the wire from his mouth, he ran towards the first one that he had taken down, and pulled his sword out of his flank as he leapt and spun his sword along the flesh of the man's neck.
The sword split through the man's flesh, forcing it's way through the crisp meat, and all he heard were the screams whilst he was burned.
The chakra built up in his throat again, an oil solution this time, he stared at both of the corpses meters away from him, and he spewed it in front of him, and his teeth dragged upon each other for a moment as the fireball was released from his mouth and torched both of the corpses.
Sliding the sword back into it's sheath, he reached backwards and grabbed the sigil stone from his pocket.
In a few more minutes he had arrived at the border and placed the sigil stone down in the pre-marked location.
Turning on his heels, he was already returning to the village to let them know his mission had been completed.
