Arashi1

Arashi1

Dead
Arashi was still exhausted from his last trip, to Konoha. He wasn't there for a full minute before they had to get back! At least he was already warmed up. Arashi started running, with only his moderate speed, towards Iwagakure. He ran for about half an hour, completely concentrated on his running. He tried his best for his body to memorize the movements, so he could think without paying any attention to his running. Arashi was able to do that, and he already did a couple of times. But he always needed at least an hour of continuous running, with full concentration to "enter that mode".

The time was passing, as Arashi kept running an running, still doing his best to concentrate on his movements. At this time, he didn't even feel his legs anymore. They didn't hurt, but he couldn't feel them at all. Okay, I made it. Now I can finally have some peace. He started thinking, as his legs ran automatically. The first thing that he could think of analyzing was the Tsuchikage himself. Okay, the Tsuchikage... Fucking idiot! I don't know what that Sannin and Hokage told or did to him, but that was no reason to open fire on them! I don't know if he realizes, but his fucking idiotic self just started a war! For what?! An insult?! Or denying me to the exams?! Like I care. Sure, it would've been nice to attend the exams this early, but from the beginning I knew we were probably going to be rejected. And Mouse? I like how he went all cool and all, but he's probably dead by now. Which is also the Tsuchikage's fault, as he blew that giant fire on the entire battlefield! Doesn't he use his brain one bit? Even if he had a good reason to do all that shit, why would he then come to pick ME up? I'm a taijutsu user, speed, reflexion time and endurance are essential to me. I could've easily outrun the flames, but Mouse on the other hand... He doesn't stand a chance alone in that inferno! Tsuchikage should've helped him, not me! Oh my... why is everybody so fucking stupid.

The dense forest of the Land of Fire quickly turned into beautiful, green fields. They were large, and there were farms on some of them. There wasn't many people working the fields tough. Arashi took a turn to the left, towards the road. A road must lead to a town of some sort. I'm really tired, and I don't really want to sleep on the ground. Plus, a town will give me protection, if any of those Konoha nin try to hunt me down. He did have a point. Visiting a village, and attacking it without reason? They will surely have a bounty on their heads now. Even if Arashi did nothing wrong. The moon was high by now, and Arashi reckoned he was close. And he was. Light started to fill his horizon, a small town. Arashi slowed down, and started walking. He started to feel his legs again, and the pain that was in them. As Arashi entered the town, he realized it wasn't even a town. Merely a humble village. He wasn't asked for any IDs or question when he came into the town, which was typical for a peaceful land like the Land Of Grass. Arashi walked around the streets for a little bit. They were, of course, almost entirely empty. Finally, he saw a woman. She was young, and had short black hair. She wore a green robe, looked as like she was a tea collector.
Arashi walked up to her, and started talking.
"I'm sorry to bother you, miss. But could I ask you if there is an inn nearby?"
His voice was gentle, and polite. A little quiet, as he was exhausted.
The lady seemed to look very frightened as Arashi walked towards her, but as she heard his question, she politely anwsered him.
"Yes, there is. Do you see this building? It's our inn."
She pointed at probably the highest building in the village. It appeared to have 2 floors.
"Great. Thank you for your time."
Arashi walked towards the inn. It was a about 8 meters high building. It was wooden, reinforced with stone on the ground floor. It was painted yellow. This doesn't look half bad! Arashi was satisfied, as he was about to get some decent sleep. And fill his belly perhaps. Arashi entered the building. There were some people inside, drinking and talking, but not many. The inside of the inn was like in any other, wooden walls with some pictures, a few windows. A barkeeper was sitting at the bar, when Arashi came closer to him, and opened his mouth.
"Hello. I would like to order some food, and get a room to spend the night in."
"Sure kid. But I want to ask you a question first, what brings you here?"
"Nothing, in particular. I'm just passing by, headed for Iwagakure."
The tall, black haired man turned around, starting to prepare Arashi some food. As Arashi sat on a chair, he realized what a terrible mistake he had made. Fuck. I traveled by the road. Several people in the town have seen me from close, and can easily describe me. I told my destination to the shopkeeper. If anybody decides to hunt me down, I'll know I made their task a lot easier for them. The barkeeper was done, and placed a plate in front of Arashi. It was plain simple; rice and some vegetables. Arashi was pleased that there wasn't any meat on the plate, as he forgot to mention that he was a vegetarian. Arashi ate the food quickly, and payed for it. It was fairly cheaper than he expected, so he tipped good. The barkeeper escorted Arashi to a room, giving him a key. The room was very, very small. It was just big enough to fit the bed and to have enough space to open the door. But that didn't bother Arashi. He jumped in the bed, and fell in deep sleep. A thing he tried to remember was, to wake up before the sun rises.

The next morning came. Arashi, surprisingly, woke up about 2 hours after the sun rose. But he didn't mind all that much, at least he was well rested. He went out of the inn, and continued his journey. He continued his running, at his full speed now, and reached Iwa in no time.
