Mission description: Intruders have entered into the village and they plan on using the chunin exam’s festive atmosphere to  their advantage. Unlike common bandits, these gang  of three are quite bold enough seeing as they killed two guards at the village gate without hesitating. They have a hidden agenda and they seem ready to execute it. Due to how they easily dealt with the guards at the gates, our informant could not engage them but they were last seen heading in the direction of the arbiters ground. Considering the great number of shinobis present  in kumogakure at  the moment, whatever hidden plan this gang has would surely involve mass murder and the death of ninjas from other village could start a war.
Mission details: The three men are only small bees out of the hive. They are a part of a much larger group called the sahasrara and kumogakure has been chosen as a medium to express the beginning of  their destructive power. Two of the members are equal to special jounins and the last one is equal to an S rank jonin. The special jounins posses A ranked katanas and the lightning element with their main style involving channeling lightning through their weapon but they can use library lightning technique of up to A rank. They also have the medical spec and injuries of C rank and below inflicted on them are healed after one post. The S ranked  member also possesses the lightning affinity and his  main attack involves calling down thunder and lightning. He can absorb ration jutsu of C rank and below and he also has passive healing like the special jounins. He wields a special A ranked katana that can cut 2 inches beyond the normal length of the sword which makes it real dangerous.
The special jounins can be killed and but if the jounin is captured or at the point of death, all he would say is.. “The world shall known destruction by our hands- Sahasrara” after which his body would explode in a radius of 3 meters. The explosion is similar to a B ranked explosion technique. One of the special jounins would still be alive and he will be interrogated for further information. Once this sp. Jounin is interrogated, he would reveal the nearest base camp of the group and even say that there are a lot more members in this group before he died.

Other: Members of the sahasrara have no feeling, no emotions and little thought. All they follow is instruction from those above and the  only feel they get is from destroying things. They have no names nor existence. Members of the group who specialize in ninjutsu are called Talatala and the special jounins and those below them dress alike.

I need stats on all the NPCs, abilities they have, possible weapons.

The mission description is very vague. Why are these individuals attacking the chuunin exams.

I put a bit more in the ending of the mission details revealing something.

Also, they aren't attacking the chunin exams directly instead they just wanna use the festive season cos they know lots of people will be in kumo so mass murder.

This group is the beginning of a much larger plot for Asura and I really can't just give it all out, ya know.

please fix the mission description as I don't understand what it's trying to say.
