D-rank
Clan: Tsukino
Kekkei Genkai: N/A
Elements: Any level of Suiton.
Specialization: Any of level of Ninjutsu and/or Genjutsu.
Location: Kirigakure
Clan History: During periods of civil unrest in Kirigakure and the subsequent persecution of those that possessed Kekkei Genkai, due to their superiority in battle, a stroke of luck had befallen on Sousuke Yuki; he didn't possess the clan's [Yuki Clan: Ice release] Kekkei Genkai and thus, due to the belligerence between those who possessed Kekkei Genkai and those that didn't, was disowned from the family and any chance of inheritance. Sousuke continued to be trained as a standard shinobi within Kirigakure within the Yuki household but never went through the academy and was instead forced to work in the Yuki estate to pay for his stay and meagre amount of food.
Upon coming of age, Sousuke received a small amount of Ryo for his service in the estate before being forced to leave. He managed to strike up contact with a merchant that was heading north to the Land of Lightning who would arrange to have Sousuke travel with his cargo to the coastline of the Land of Lighting.
After arriving in the Land of Lighting and spending most of his Ryo reserves he had finally found work on a rice field of which the owners were famous for their creation of rice cakes - their own branded "Tsuki" rice cakes. It was the long shifts on the rice fields to fuel the creation of the Moon rice cakes that led to Sousuke taking up the name Tsukino: "Tsuki" derived from the moon (Tsuki) rice cakes and "no" taken from field.
Sousuke spent circa 20 years cultivating the basic level of Suiton that was taught to him during his free time that he had while working. After reaching his skill cap in Suiton and amassing a decent amount of Ryo - Sousuke Tsukino was finally able to return to Kirigakure due to the civil unrest ending and having enough money to be able to live in Kirigakure after moving there for a prolonged period of time. The rest of his amassed Ryo went to building his new clan's small estate in Kirigakure. This would become the foundation for the current Tsukino Clan.
Drawbacks: The clan completely lacks in the Bukijustsu department although grasping the basics Kenjutsu, it's much harder the clan members to be able to master Kenjutsu and it's considerably harder for them to master any western sword arts.
