Clan History:
The Ringer, isn't so much a clan, as it is a person who has passed on the teachings of a old style of fuuinjutsu. They are not overly well known as Ringers traditionally remain as ronin in order to protect people from the bells of their order.
Kekkei Genkai Description: Echo Chakra exists for one purpose, and that is to still the dead, or to send the user and enemies about it into "Death". Once the effects of Echo Chakra sear through the user and it's enemies, a stacking effect begins, and once they are affected to the fullest extent, the person is sent into a coma, their body being ripped from their body and sent into a netherworld of sorts until the sealing curse was worn off. As well as casting others into this netherworld, they can bring people back from it, or even bind them to objects or to themselves to serve them. Each Clan member starts with a Satchel and seven bells.
People join this order of people by going to a user IC and learning from them in a 3000 WC post, can only be taught to people who either have no clan, or their clan offers no benefit. (Bells are created using Fuuinjutsu, so they require no purchasing)
Death Meter
0%-5%: No side effects
6%-10%: A light buzzing inhabits the persons ears, often throwing people off, and to a lesser mind, stopping them from concentrating well
11%-20%: The person with this much death tallied on them maintains the buzzing and their body becomes numb to temperature as they have begun to let their soul slip into death
21%-35%:A person at this level can be nearly considered half dead, and the buzzing in their ear now elevates to a low screeching sound, making it difficult to concentrate without the Multitasker SC, and impossible to focus on lengthy jutsu if they ninja has one track mind.
36%-44%- This close to death, a person begins to feel stiffness in their joints, however, this is not stiffness. This is their soul preparing to leave the body, adding the effects of the Numb SC to their body and lowering their speed by 1 letter rank, and their reaction(reflex wise) by two numeral ranks.
45%-50%: A person this near death begins to see hallucinations, while this does not dictate the players actions, it does drop their perception by a full letter, as from an outside view, their eyes begin to glaze over. If a Ringer goes this far, they can no longer ring their bells.
51%- 60%: The low screeching from before has been replaced as the victim of this level of death causes the person to hear screaming being driven in their ear. This screaming takes the form of the screams of either random people, but if that shinobi or victim has killed people, they suffer hearing the screams of their victims as their soul nears the afterlife
61%-75%: At nearly three quarters dead, a persons body begins attempting to compensate for their soul trying to leave, and a person at this level of depreciation, suffers from their chakra releasing into their body to attempt to repair it and lose 5% of their chakra per post, and their jutsu cost a quarter additional to the cost.
76%-89%: At this level even a multitasker would not be able to maintain ideal focus on even a single target, as the screaming in their mind becomes so violent, that even the hallucinations begin to take shape as though they where attacking them(up to the affected to decide how this is done)
90%-99%: A person at this state of death has little option than to curl into a fetal position and remain silent as they await their end as the body of a person under this allotment of death, begins to slip away into nothingness.
100% The victim has effectively died, their soul being claimed by the ringer who cast them so far into death. Their body lives and twitches but is in a deep coma. Their soul now belonging to the netherworld. A person can be saved from this fate by someone killing the Ringer that sealed them away, or by the Ringer bringing the soul back to the land of the breathing.
Death levels go down by 20% per topic after the person has exited, meaning it takes 5 topics to get rid of the worst effect( leaves at the start of that topic) During this time, a person cannot create a no killing topic as death looms over them.

Drawbacks: Members of this clan are unable to choose the elemental chakra of lightning, as their echo chakra wavers in it's presence, making Echo Chakra skills perform 10% weaker against lightning chakra users.
Someone of this group gains Hesitant[Element](Cannot be counterbalanced).
Someone of this group additionally must spend an additional One Thousand Word count to learn a new specialty that is not Senjutsu.
Training specialties outside of Bukijutsu, Fuuinjutsu, or Senjutsu, costs an additional 500 WC per rank

Ability/Function:Once rung, this bell releases a tone for all to hear that robs them of their ability to remain awake, "sealing" their ability to be awake. However, this bell affects all who can hear it, including the user. Ringing this bell sends the people/person to hear it into a deep sleep for a single post, can be renewed by ringing the bell again. The bell must ring three times to take affect, and each time it is rung, anyone who hears it feels their body become heavier and heavier.(Can only be rung once per post, meaning it requires three posts to use it's ability) Rana sounds of sweet sound, similar to a lullaby to the person who hears in. 10 meter distance
Appearance:
History:Rana is often revered as the "first" bell, having the lightest tone and being small enough to hold lightly to ring it. This bell is "enchanted" to allow the user to send all who hear it, living or dead, to sleep.
Mosrael

Ability/Function:Mosrael sounds of a seesaw, creaking and moaning as to screeches through the air. This bell when rung, raises the ringer's death level by 10%, to lower their target listeners down by 20%, lowering their level of death, and raising the ringers.(Can be rung up to three times in a topic) 12 Meter distance
Appearance:
History:Mosrael is considered the rowdy bell of the group, and usually rarely used. But Mosrael is considered the "training" bell, and is the first a ringer ever learns to use in order to show them what they are sending people into.
Kibeth

Ability/Function:Kibeth rings in many ways, either sounding like "home", or sounding like "death". When Kibeth rings, which it will only do once per post, it can bring someone who is under the full affects of Death, back to the land of the living and lowering their death down to 60%, or the user can use it to cast a person at 45% or higher death up to 75% immediately. 14 Meter Distance

History:Kibeth is the bell that many Ringers use with care in order to bring back a person from their coma like state, or to send an enemy further into the realm of the dead.
Dyrim

Ability/Function:Dyrim rings like a lark singing loudly for all to hear in the area, and allows the ringer to let a person who has been sent to Death, to be able to speak. Conversely, Dyrim can also steal the voice of a person who has 50% or more death. When their voice is stolen like this, they cannot lose Death by any means, but also cannot go over the point they are at. Only one person can be silenced by the bell at any time. However, Dyrim always recognizes the person affected by it, and if Dyrim is removed in the prescence of a person affected by it, it will rign and allow them to speak. 16 Meter distance
Appearance:
History:Dyrim is the bell that many Ringers use in order to prevent an escaping opponent from telling anyone their secrets vocally, or to prevent their screams from alerting people as it silences their voices. Dyrim is a whimsical bell, that many Ringers are hesitant to use too often, especially if they have someone cursed by it.
Belgaer
- Belgaer, The Trickster:

Ability/Function:Belgaer rings of it's own accord. In the hands of a ringer, they can restore the memories of a person who has lost them, bringing the memories to "life" so to speak. But if someone other than a Ringer where to ring this bell, or if the ringer takes out the bell and proceeds to trip, Belgaer will wipe their memories of who they are and who they ally with. Additionally, if a Ringer let's Belgaer out of it's satchel, it will always fall on it'side and ring if it is left sitting somewhere, wiping their memories of everything, except them being a Ringer. 18 Meter Distance

History:Belgaer is the most despised of the Bells, as it often attempts to find ways to ring of it's own accord, and because of this, is handled with great care when used.
Saraneth

Ability/Function:Saraneth is the lowest toned bell, sounding "Like death itself". Saraneth is a picky bell that will not allow it's tones to be used by some careless Genin. Saraneth when enchanted always seems tougher than the other bells, and rightly so as it's ability is truly fearsome. Saraneth when run, takes control of the body of one in 100% Death, and shoves the soul back within it, but maintains what the victim often feels as a "chain". A invisible lead tied to Saraneth that forces the Dead one to obey the Ringer. 20 Meter Distance

History:Saraneth is often regarded as the most fearsome bell in the user's arsenal, feared by those who know it's power, Saraneth is the Jailer, and he will bind all those who approach death's door.
Astarael

Ability/Function:Astarael rings a series of tones that can only be described as true sorrow. This bell sends the ringer and all those about them 40% further into death, whether they hear it or not as the sound of the bell breeches the soul. 30 Meter Distance
Appearance:
History:Astarael is the strongest bell in a Ringer's arsenal, and is often used to open a battle. Astarael is not a bell that many ringers like to use, but realize it may be the only way to get things done. But Ringers fear this bell, as if they go too far into death themselves, they cannot continue using their bells till their soul recovers.

Description:A member of the ringers is capable of sealing the sound waves around their hand, by using the wind as a sealing catalyst. By doing so they can ring their bells and save the effects for later. The sound releases all at once when the user stops paying the chakra to maintain Echo Chamber. Can be held as long as needed, cannot swap bells while this jutsu is in use.

Description:While a member of the group can only be soul tethered to one of each type of bell, they can make new copies of said bells if they need to repair, or if they want to replace a bell. For example, a bell for a bell tower could be enchanted to have the Enchantment for Rana or Astarael. The cost of the jutsu depends on the enchantment being cast.
