you can post wagers on any person in the exam, so you are not limited to any part of the bracket, though the limit of wagers you can post is a maximum of 3 wagers (meaning during each betting round, you can at most post 3 wagers) except during the semi-finals and finals, where the maximum amount of wagers is respectively 2 and 1 wager.
