All that needs changing here is the strength requirements for breaking out of Chakra Chains, methinks.

I take no issue with the kkg and drawbacks - unless another staff member sees an issue I may have overlooked.

Chakra Chains: I'd like set jutsu speeds to be given to each rank, as opposed to the speed being dependent on the user's speed stat. For all ranks, anyone with Strength stat one rank higher should be able to break out within 3 posts or so - before the duration ends. For S rank, X-rank needs to be removed and just replaced with Strength stat two ranks higher. Strength stats in general need to be clarified, as requested by Noriko.
