Alright! So clan updates / revamps has been long overdue, and an official system has been set up to work everything out. To ensure that your clan is updated, please read everything and follow the instructions accordingly - anyone who fails to follow the correct procedure may result in their clan being overlooked.
Clans will be done in order of villages. A village will be pulled, in which all clans locked to that village will be checked over by staff members and have any required edits requested. Clans made by users still active will have 72 hours after a staff member has posted in their clan to make the requested edits. Please wait until edits have been requested by a staff member before attempting to edit your clan.
Clans made by staff members, members who are no longer active, or clans that have passed the 72 hour time limit will be left for staff members to personally edit the clan. If a user wishes to take part in the editing of a clan they did not create, but are a part of, special permission may be requested by sending a PM to Mikage. Keep in mind that not all requests may be granted, depending on the clan. Additionally, permission must be obtained by a clan update moderator if you wish to completely change a clan's KKG or jutsu - do not attempt to rework an entire clan without permission.
Because of the Trainees participating in this clan revamp system, it will generally be a two-part system. A staff member will look through a clan and post any required changes to the KKG or drawbacks, and a Trainee will follow up by posting the required changes to the Jutsu.
Approved clans will be moved back into the regular Clan section.
*Note: Villages will go in order of how their categories where posted. Konoha -> Suna -> Iwa -> Kumo -> Kiri -> Scattered. Do not rush staff members, or request that your clan in a village not currently being pulled for revamps to be checked.
If your clan has not been approved and you are engaged in combat, keep the following tips in mind:
Currently, there are five members working on clan revamps. Any other staff members looking to help out, seek out Mikage ~
Mikage: Looks over clan KKG and drawbacks, gives final approval.
Sanosuke: Looks over clan KKG and drawbacks, gives half approval.
Aethir, Kusono Kaguya, Kenji Chikara: Are assigned to specific clans to do the clan jutsu, hands the clans back to Mikage or Sanosuke once jutsu are satisfactory.
First Priority Exceptions
Chuunin Exam participant clans will be prioritized, regardless of which village they are from. Clan Revamp staff members will monitor the Chuunin Exams Sign Up thread and check the clans of the participants signed up there. Again, do not ask for your clan to be revamped - those in the Chuunin Exams will have their clan revamped before they start, as long as you sign up in that thread on time.

If your clan has not been approved and you are engaged in combat, keep the following tips in mind:
- Clans that give a +1 to specializations / elements as part of the KKG no longer apply. Treat it as though the +1 does not exist.
- Avoid using clan jutsu - if you must, do your best to drop the damages, range, and speeds to fit the new guidelines (your best bet is to pick a middle value, as opposed to highest).
- Seek out a moderator if you are unsure about anything (whether it's your own clan jutsu, or your opponents).

Current Village Being Revamped
Konoha.
We'll all do our best to keep this an efficient and orderly system, but keep in mind that there are over 150 clans (yes, I counted), and it doesn't simply take a single post to get a clan approved.
