Clan History: Ever since the time of the Sandaime Raikage, Lightning Release Armor was Kumogakure's pride and heart. It was learned by the Raikage themselves since only their bodies had the natural born dexterity to maintain the technique without having their bodies ripped to shreds by the raw electricity coursing through their bodies. The first person to learn this technique and not be apart of the Sandaime and Yondaime Raikage, was the Godaime Raikage Darui. It took the young man 10 years to be able to use the technique, 5 years just to prepare his body. Once he mastered the technique, he fused it with his own Black Raiton to give him his name in history as Kumo's Black Knight. Towards his middle ages, he decided to pass on the technique to a very promising Kumo kunoichi by the name of Ushio. The woman was dedicated in learning the Lightning Release Armor technique, so she put everything she had into learning it. Surpassing her teacher, she mastered the technique in 7 years, with only 5 years to prepare her body to use the technique. After learning the technique, Ushio retired as a shinobi and became a wanderer. She established an estate in Kaminari no Kuni where she taught others the Lightning Release Armor that she was taught and even perfected it; taking the technique to new heights. Her estate multiplied to other sectors of the country, with only her most trustworthy students leading new disciples in the way of Raiton no Yoroi. These estates were given the name, House of Lightning for the multiple strikes of lightning that is constantly coming from the estates.

Kekkei Genkai Description: Being practitioners of the Raiton no Yoroi, students of the House of Lightning has spent years preparing their mind and bodies to not being torn apart by the raw pressure of the Lightning Release Armor. Their bodies are well trained with very strict physical training that was meant to weed out the ones without a strong enough resolve to learn the technique. Members of this clan cannot be stunned by a raiton technique for any longer than 1 post if the technique used on the member is at the same rank of the member or lower.

Drawbacks: This clan has spent years learning the art of raiton to the point where it comes to them as second nature. They are able to learn other chakra natures, but the only time they are able to use a a technique that are able to use a technique that is one rank above their own is if that technique is raiton by nature. Normal scaling jutsu that is often used by other clans has the technique scaled with the user's rank without the need of training. However that is not the same for the Lightning Release Armor technique. This technique requires constant training in order to improve its capabilities. The clan member must make a training post of 1,000 words to improve the technique from D Rank to its next level, C Rank. The amount of words needed to take the technique to the next level is increased by 500 words each time. Any direct hits of a physical technique that is a rank above the user's current level of Raiton no Yoroi will cause the clan member to be cease the technique early, thus activating its cooldown prematurely.

Description: The user wraps their body in a layer of lightning chakra that, instead of being used offensively, is used to electrically stimulate the user's nervous system. The technique speeds up neural synapses to react faster, and to push physical prowess to the absolute limit, allowing for tremendous raw speed. When using the armour at full power, it causes the tips of user's hair to spike up and its rumored that their movements are said to be comparable to those of Konoha's Yellow Flash, making it difficult even for the Sharingan to keep up with the technique:

• D Rank: The technique can only be given to either both arms or both legs, and gives the user's strikes a static pulse. Should the target take a direct hit from the user's static pulse upon impact of the following post, the target's body is negatively charged with static so anything metal that is touching the target's body is given a 1st degree burns.
  
• C Rank: The technique can only be given to either both arms or both legs, and gives the user's strikes a static pulse. Should the target take a direct hit from the user's static pulse upon impact of the following post, the target's body is negatively charged with static so anything metal that is touching the target's body is given a 1st degree burns. When the user focuses the chakra to their legs, they gain a +1 tier in speed. After 3 posts of usage of speed boost, the user feels the tension of the rapid movements causing them to suffer -1 drawback in reaction time.
  
  
• B Rank: The technique has evolved so that the technique can be equally distributed to all limbs simultaneously. This gives the user's strikes a static pulse. Should the target take a direct hit from the user's static pulse upon impact of the following post, the target's body is negatively charged with static so anything metal that is touching the target's body is given a 2nd degree burns.  When the user focuses the chakra to their legs, they gain a +1 tier in speed.
  
  
• A Rank: The lightning release armor covers the entire body causing the user to have +2 tier in speed. Since they are moving at such high speeds, they have yet to master the art of being in control of their bodies while this is occurring. Because of this they are unable to properly defend themselves, allowing a -1 tier in endurance and perception. Should the target take a direct hit from the user's static pulse upon impact of the following post, the target's body is negatively charged with static so anything metal that is touching the target's body is given a 2nd degree burns.
  
  
• S Rank: The lightning release armor is now perfect and at its most powerful. The user's hair now stands up on end while this occurs. The lightning release armor covers the entire body causing the user to have +2 tier in speed. Should the target take a direct hit from the user's static pulse upon impact of the following post, the target's body is negatively charged with static so anything metal that is touching the target's body is given a 3rd degree burns.
  

Prolonged usage of the lightning release armor(8 posts for D-C Rank, 12 posts B-A Rank) will cause -2 tier to speed upon exiting the technique. This debuff will to speed is only temporarily and lasts until they are able to use the lightning release armor again, but their speed is -1 tier less than it was before. So use the technique sparingly!
