The Kekkei Genkai of the Sakkaku clan revolve around Genjutsu and Kenjutsu. Combining the two styles together the clan have achieved a perfect harmony between the two allowing for what is called a complete hypnosis. The clan members are able to cast a Genjutsu unparalleled in utility. Upon activating their kekkei genkai through a trigger from their sword will cast all within the effected range to succumb to the effects of the Genjutsu. What seperates the genjutsu apart is that there is no escape from the genjutsu without first touching the sword.

I should probably go ahead and tell you upfront that unless they are only able to use genjutsu that are laughably weak, there's no way Kyoka Suigetsu's ability is going to be allowed as a kkg in this form. Like zero. It's broken by design.

How laughably weak are we speaking here?

I'm talking like barely relevant in any combat situation at all. That's the price of making genjutsu virtually impossible to escape.
