D-rank
It was another lazy afternoon in Konoha the sun was bright and the wind was calm, enough to give slight breezes every now and then to Kenji, this weather was perfect to get some training done particulary Ninjutsu even though he was good at Chakra Flow today he felt that he should improve his second specialization. The perfect place to do that was in the surrounding forest and who knows, maybe he would run in to another Genin to practice with, despite that he didn't usually work in groups but since the Chuunin exams were coming up he would need all the practice he could get and it had been a while since his last mission, a little more training couldn't hurt. A jutsu that he was particulary interested in was the Spiralling Wind Ball which he encountered while browsing his research notes
This one will be troublesome.. Thought Kenji as he walked outside of the village gates making his way quickly to the dense forest, even though their was no rush he was eager to get training started, learning new Jutsu excited him, of he mastered it then he would feel more prepared. He reached the forest and went in deeper until he found a quiet spot near a small area surrounded by bushes and trees, Kenji smiled satisfied with the spot he chose because he will be able to guage how well the damage of the spiralling wind ball will do, since eventually it will be able to knock it down, since his primary was Wind and not the usual Fire Style which was expected of an Uchiha this shouldn't be too difficult would it?.
"Only one way to find out" In order for this jutsu to work one must inhale the correct amount of Wind chakra then exhale it into the shape of a ball in their hand, Kenji inhaled held it for a moment and exhaled into his right hand he could see some small wind ball appear for a split second, but it popped knocking him over suddenly he was brething hard it felt as though he had been running for miles, he must have inhaled too much.
He got up dusted himself off and began to inhale again only this time not as much as he did the first time, he then breathed out steadily, focusing on the shape of a ball and constantly aiming at his open hand he could see another small ball appear which was progress but it popped again.
"Damn it...this shouldn't be so difficult!." He said loud enough for someone passing by to hear but it didn't bother him as he was trying to figure out what he was doing wrong, he lay on the grass thinking.
