Clan History: This clan/family has long since passed down the natural affinity to the wind release of every member. Due to this the clan has created a tradition to focus on honing our abilities as Wind Release users. The clan has been active for many years and have a home located in the wilderness of the Land of Fire with its history of the Konohagakure. The tradition calls for every member to be trained in the use of the wind release and to respect the nature that lives with its home. Due to the relations the clan shares with the Konohagakure its members assist them in shinobi affairs and keep strong communication between the two showing great loyalty to each other.

This clan goes back a few centuries as it was originally founded during the reign of the first hokage, and has continued to live throughout the ages giving contributions to the Konohagakure. Each member serve a different purpose for the Konohagakure and has done so since it's founding, which became their way of life. Their way of life drove the forefathers to create this clan as a symbol of hope for the Land of Fire. Due to the nature of the members it has also became a tradition for all the members to respect nature, which became noticeable in the early pages of its history. The natural evolution of the clan was made clear when each member inherited the strong desire to protect from the founding fathers which has been passed down through the generations. Due to these strong traditions they have become a truly respected clan by the Konohagakure and was capable of making a name for itself throughout the shinobi world.


Kekkei Genkai Description: The clan's Kekkei Genkai of Wind Mastery allows it's members to become highly skilled in the usage of Fuuton jutsu, and master the jutsu quicker than people not a member of the clan. Due to their extensive training in Fuuton; members are able to perform high level Fuuton techniques easier than others. This translates into 10% word deduction when training the element and jutsu's, also all Fuuton technique initial chakra cost is reduced by -5 ;exception being E-ranks.

Drawbacks:

- The clan members are not able to use fuinjutsu.

- Members of the clan are not capable of performing most genjutsu, if not all.
               
- Their proficiency with Fuuton makes them unable to learn Katon.

- Due to specializing in Fuuton, executing other nature elements jutsu will cost more chakra due to focusing solely on Fuuton jutsu. Since elements outside of the Fuuton cost more chakra it will also require extra time to execute from lack of proficiency in the elements. In addition, training in the usage of secondary elements will be more difficult as the clan members possess very strong affinity for the Fuuton.

- All nature elements except for Fuuton get a +5 increase in chakra usage.
- This means when practicing/training it will require a greater word count than normal by 10% essentially making it seemingly weaker than the Fuuton element.
- Furthermore the required increase in chakra means that you cannot reduce it in any way, even if utilizing an item with the ability to reduce the amount is rendered useless with members of this clan.

Kekkei Genkai Jutsu: None at this moment.

The clan is particularly bad with the use of executing sealing jutsu/fuinjutsu which would require someone not of this clan to perform the techniques.

Just put "they can't use fuuinjutsu."

And expand on the History a little bit more.

You're going to need some sort of additional training or chakra drawback to balance the Fuuton buffs. Simply not having access to Genjutsu, Katon, and Fuuinjutsu isn't enough because your build isn't affected by that at all, and neither are anyone else's who wishes to join this clan in the future. Thus, they aren't effective drawbacks. So, either make all training outside of Fuuton need a higher word count or make all techniques that aren't Fuuton cost more chakra.

Bumped, added more word count and implemented some chakra, word count and ryo drawbacks for nature elements besides Fuuton.

You don't need a ryo drawback, feel free to take it out if you want

I'm going to have to insist that members of this clan also never be able to utilize an item to reduce chakra costs in any other way. Characters are allowed a single method of chakra cost reduction, no more.

Since ryo isn't particularly needed I decided to remove that drawback, and give the chakra decrease done by items to be rendered useless for all members
