Mission name: Arrest the Vandals
Mission rank: C
Objective: Stop and arrest two gang members known for vandalism.
Location: Kirigakure
Reward: 180 Ryo
Mission description: A real estate agent is requesting the seizure and arrest of two reoccurring gang members. Always on the same local street, they have been vandalizing all of his property for the past week. This includes graffiti and destruction of property to mark its gang's territory.
Mission details: Though the gang members are not certified shinobi, they are still quite skilled in combat. They are all covered in black clothing and have an orange headband worn around the arm. Each have a C-Rank knife and have B-Rank Taijutsu and Bukijutsu.
Mission name: Find the Casino Cheater
Mission rank: C
Objective: Discover the ninja who is using ninjutsu to cheat in the casino, and arrest him.
Location: Kirigakure
Reward: 180 Ryo
Mission description: The local casino has enough evidence to assume that someone is using ninjutsu to cheat for more earnings. The security footage has had not much luck finding out who it was and how they did it, so they are asking for a ninja to go undercover and exploit this illegal gambler.
Mission details: The ninja is a Chuunin who is using her power for corruption. She used a mixture of jutsu, one being substitution techniques with cards and transformation techniques to keep herself hidden, specifically invented for the purpose of cheating in the casino. If caught, she may fight back and resist arrest.

Personality: Loud and very obnoxious. Easily angered, rebellious, and careless. Eager to fight and find trouble. Won't be hesitant to harm those in his way.
Motivations: Money, power, adrenaline, pain, and high gang status.
Fears: Death, humiliation, rival gang members, poverty.
Other: Owns a basic, C-Rank knife, as well as other spray paint cans. Trained in taijutsu and bukijutsu to C-Rank.

General Appearance: About 6 feet tall, covered in a black hoodie, black pants and shoes. His undershirt is blue, symbolizing his nickname. Half of his face is shaded out, only to reveal a gas mask for his spray painting. Wears a dark brown back pack. He would appear incredibly intimidating to the average civilian.
Personality: Quiet and very unresponsive. Easily angered, rebellious, and careless. Artistic, and very creative. Won't be hesitant to harm those in his way.
Motivations: Money, power, adrenaline, art, and high gang status.
Fears: Death, rejection, rival gang members, poverty.
Other: Owns a basic, C-Rank knife, as well as other spray paint cans. Trained in taijutsu and bukijutsu to C-Rank.

General Appearance: Very atractive, she stands at about 5 foot 6 inches with her heals on. She wears a blue dress and has straight, black hair. Also, being a Hyuga, she has trademark white eyes.
Personality: Charming, smart, short-tempered, and greedy. She will most likely resist arrest if caught, confident to fight back those of equal rank.
Motivations: Money, taijustu mastery, and social status.
Fears: Getting caught, being arrested, going broke.
Other: Though unarmed, Akana is a member of the Hyuga Clan, meaning that she has access to the Byakugan the trademark Gentle Fist, making her able to use 8 trigram 32 palm at B-Rank. She has all academy jutsu and B-Rank taijutsu.- Juken:

Description:
Once awakening the clans ability to see the Tanketsu of their opponent, the user focuses their power into their eyes and assumes the gentle fist fighting style, and aims an initiating Juken strike at their opponent, which on impact momentarily stuns them and opens them up for the technique to potentially land, should the opening strike miss, the jutsu attempt is a failure and commences its cool down. However, should the initiating strike land, they are open for the following hits to come, though quick escape techniques can be used to avoid some of the damage, complete avoidance should the initial strike succeed, is virtually impossible.
