Mission: Train the Academy! (Repeatable):

It was yet another day for Dovy to do an intense ninja mission! Well, maybe not intense--but hey come on, you gotta' work your way up some how! Though it wasn't a dangerous or adventurous quest, it was still very important. Today, Dovy Hozuki was given the assignment to teach the very future of Kirigakure no Sato! This would be very weird, however, since the young lad was only 2 years older than the average academy student. Perhaps they would look up to him with a bit more respect and sincerity. After all, Dovy graduated not too long ago. Along with the rest of the children, perhaps this mission would allow him to brush up on the basics as well. After preparing his lecture notes, Dovy exited his home, and went on his way to the Kirigakure Academy.

As he made it to the classroom, the children sat at their desks talking simultaneously about different things--some throwing paper balls and spit balls through reserved straws; Although they weren't bouncing off the walls, and they rather appeared just as any class of 8 year olds would. Dovy walked to the front of the class and the room slowly began to quiet down. He felt like a professor of a university of some sort--a weird feeling to have around these elementary ninja. Perhaps their skills were to be more than he expected. "Ahoy everyone! I am Dovy Hozuki, and I will be helping ye learn the in and outs of academy jutsu! I know I look young, almost like ye glads, but trust me, I know a lot about what there is to the basic jutsu." The class looked silent and almost as if they didn't really pay attention to what Dovy said. His intuition said that they were not yet convinced enough that he was truly strong enough to be their teacher.

A young boy close to the front began to prepare a spit ball. Dovy's ears easily picked up the tearing of paper to his right, and noticed from his peripheral vision that one boy was slowly chewing something in his mouth. "What a cocky lil' bastard he is." He though to himself. "Now before we continue, are there any questions ye fellas would like to--" SWAP. Dovy had a clenched fist in the air, opening it up and dropping the wet, sticky paper ball to the ground. "Mate, ye got a long way to go if ye think that'll work on me." Dovy said with a smirk. The boys face was shocked, he couldn't believe that this 10 year old teacher was fast enough to catch his shenanigan. The class looked very convinced now. "Avast, shall we begin now? Who's with me?" He asked, and every child in the class raised his or her hand, ready to learn.

A few hours and play breaks later, Dovy had now taught the children the fundamentals of chakra, and his personal advice for better chakra control.  Also, he began to allow some sparing practice, as well as ninjutsu demonstration. Throughout the sparring, Dovy moderated and scrutinized technique, as well as acted as a referee. For the ninjutsu demonstrations, he observed each child's Transformation and Clone jutsu. This took the most energy out of the young lads. Some where obviously more gifted than others in certain skills. Some could pull of three clones, while some could barely even conjure just one. Some fought with great speed hand-to-hand, others were clumsy or cowardice. The whole process enlightened Dovy about what it takes to train and get stronger. It was very obvious now that some people are just naturally more gifted in certain areas than others, and Dovy was contempt with that.

It was now the end of the class, and Dovy's job was done for the day. "Thank you all for letting me train with you today. Just remember everything I taught you, and keep practicing!" He said in a proud tone. "Bye Dovy-Sensei!" the class responded. The classroom was dismissed, and Dovy left the building very satisfied. Perhaps sometime in the future he would return to teach the academy once more.
