The rolling hills: Outside of the hidden leaf, early morning...
This was one of them zen day's again. The one's where a ninja could train his heart out and finally learn a thing or two different from the previous week's effort's. Kizai was currently traversing outside the village in the rolling hill's region where the sky was open and his mind could be free from the bother's of the village. No one hardly came across another out here unless for serious reason. And that's how Kizai liked to train: Alone, where he could monitor himself closely and develop without distraction. With him was a bag of scrolls that he had bought from a jutsu store. With them he had a host of techniques already learned and as well he had some scrolls with new techniques he thought worth mastering.
At the moment he set the bag down and took in a breath of fresh air as a gust blew across his face. "Alright then...fuuton it is!" He said to himself as he knelt to the bag and rummaged for a technique he knew not yet. What he found was this:
Kizai read through the instructional manual for a few moment's, looking over the various hand seals needed and the proper meditative process for forming the balls once the chakra was summoned and controlled. it seemed pretty intricate for a c rank jutsu, and the offensive qualities seemed to be very heinous as well. It was probably why he had chosen such a powerful technique to study. "Well then...seems like your the one for now..." Kizai said while standing to look down at the scroll before him while bringing his hand's up to the chakra focusing seal. He closed his eye's softly, as the wind in the air about him began to swirl over the open hill's.
The sheen of grass flickered from emerald to forest green in the sun's grand glare. He wore his black robe only today; the sandal's on his feet where also worn, since he wasn't going out into the field or anything such of the like. It was simple attire for a training day, and often what he chose when not on duty. The chakra swirled from his inner middle, the coil reacting to his call. He saw inwardly to the center of his power and felt it trickle through the directed network of chakra vein's. Kizai flexed his arm muscles as he breathed inwards, the hand seal's began to come to life, switching in between each seal calmly to carefully get the sequence right. It took time, but Kizai would find that he messed up only a few seals.
Vibrations in his coil told him that the sequence was wrong when it was; flaws in the creation of a ninjutsu brought the energy out of manipulation. if you where careful like now as he was, one could trickle the stored energy back into the network and re-weave it without wasting. That was the great thing about training in peace...indeed these zen moments...
Kizai thought as he took time to reweave the stored chakra...

Fuuton scroll: Sprialling wind ball wrote:Name: Wind Release: Spiralling Wind Ball (Fūton: Rasen Fuusen ~ 風遁・ラセン風玉)
Canon/Custom: Canon
Rank: C
Type: Offensive
Element: Fūton
Range:
Specialty: Ninjutsu
Duration: 1 post
Cooldown: 4 posts
Description: This technique allows the user to breathe wind-infused chakra into the palm of their hand, shaping it into a small, whirlwind-like ball. Then the user will shoot it at their opponent. This technique is very fast and powerful, as it is capable of smashing through thick rock and large trees. A direct blow to the head will cause concussion and daze the victim, reducing their movement speed, reaction time and physical strength by one rank for 4 posts. Impact with other sections of the body can cause hairline fractures as well as shredding the surface of the victim's exposed flesh, coating in in countless tiny, 2 cm deep cuts. Each ball costs 5 chakra to make, and the user must make at least three at once. A total of six can be produced per use. Each sphere must be breathed into the palm of the user's hand and then tossed.
